Judge Jan Breland is the kindest most loving person to have as an officiant. Judge Jan has been officiating weddings in Austin for over 30 years and she clearly enjoys what she does with a genuine heart of gold. She offers several beautifully written ceremony scripts to choose from or will, of course, deliver the one of your choosing. My daughter chose Judge Jan's Ceremony which is timeless and beautifully written. Judge Jan captures everyone's attention and holds the couples in her own heart as she performs the ceremony. We were all so happy, Jan creates that happiness during her service. Judge Jan is a retired Judge now but knowing her background, it's comforting to understand that she ran a busy courtroom, held complicated schedules and managed the most serious of responsibilities. Knowing Judge Jan's background lends itself to the importance of the marriage ceremony and she took the vows, the schedule and the day with the same seriousness as we did while still being her beautiful loving calm self. I highly recommend Judge Jan, we are so blessed and fortunate to have had her for my daughter's wedding.

Judge Jan is wonderful!! She did a fantastic job for us and was so so sweet. Her ceremony was beautiful and was the perfect length for us. It was such a blessing to find her and we could not imagine having anyone else there with us on our special day. We will absolutely be calling Judge Jan for a vow renewal in a few years!

We LOVE Jan! She married my parents 20 years ago and they always do a vow renewal every 5 years. She is always there and is family to us. Her service was so beautiful and touching. We can't wait to renew our vows in 5 years :)
