Kristen is simply the best!

This is long overdue, but Kristen helped us plan our 10 year anniversary, which essentially was our "wedding." We didn't realize how much we needed an event planner until doing a consultation. From there, we ended up buying one of her packages because her value and contributions were an absolute must. We could not have done this without her. She helped us create the perfect event and was with us every step of the way. You shouldn't do a large event without her!

One of the best decisions we made in the planning process!

From the get-go Julia was a fabulous resource in our wedding planning process. Because she has so much experience, she knew exactly what questions to ask, and helped us realize just how many details go into wedding planning. She's quick, responsive, and was an incredibly helpful sounding board when we had questions. She helped us bring together all our ideas, and problem solve when we ran into snags. Her professionalism was instrumental in easing communication with our venue (we were notified we couldn't use candles like a week before the wedding!), and she went above and beyond to make the wedding day run smoothly. Her attention to detail made our decor look truly stunning. It gave both of us huge peace of mind to know that on the day-of we could give our focus to each other and our family and friends instead of worrying about how the event was running. We couldn't have done it without her!

Jubilee did a great job planning our 10 year anniversary party! We don't have kids but wanted it to be a fun experience for our nieces, nephews, and friends' children. Jubilee knew exactly how to make it a kid paradise with giant Jenga, ladder toss, ice cream sandwiches, etc. The kids (and adults, of course) absolutely loved the photo booth, tacos, pizza, and dance party. Kristen from Jubilee added so many fun ideas, found beautiful décor -- which included the most beautiful flowers from a local dahlia farm -- and made sure every detail was taken care of.

Kristen was the partner we needed to bring our special celebration to life. From two time zones away, she guided us for 14 months helping us focus on what mattered along the way.

I have so much to say about Kristen. First, she cared to know us as individuals and a couple. This effort allowed her to design a day with us that was a true reflection of me and my husband. Taking time to know us also meant that she came to us with ideas and vendors that actually suited our style and personalities. She has an ability to take in big ideas and run with them or get into the details if we had a specific vision for something. I had so much fun brainstorming with her. One other thing I truly appreciated was that since I’ve never been a bride before, she would casually prep me on what to expect. She would say things like, ‘at this point in the day after xyz, you might feel like this or need this.’ This was extremely helpful advice. We actually added alone time to the schedule for me before the ceremony where I could be by myself with no moms or bridesmaids. And on the day of, after spending the morning getting ready and the afternoon on a party bus, that is exactly what I needed.

Kristen is patient and a gifted listener. She was also very respectful of our budget and my schedule for our planning sessions. Kristen has an easy way about her, but don’t let that fool you - she’s got everything under control. Her laid back personality made her so lovely to work with, but then this other side she has made me trust that everything would be taken care of, and it was. From the rehearsal on Friday to the send off Saturday, all I had to concern myself with was my soon to be husband, our guests, and having fun. Kristen had it all under control, but was so considerate, gentle and kind. Sunday morning on our way to SeaTac to go on our honeymoon, my husband and I both agreed that Kristen and her team took such good care of us and that we had the best weekend of our life!

When we got engaged in December and decided to shoot for an August wedding, I knew I would definitely need some help planning the wedding. Jubilee was the perfect fit, and I couldn't recommend them enough. I don't think of myself as a traditional wedding kind of person, and I wanted our day to feel very personalized and fun. When I looked at the photos on their website, I literally loved every wedding I saw.

From the get-go, Kristen was communicative and did an excellent job helping my now-husband and I flesh out our ideas. Julia took over for day-of coordination, and she was just as helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated how strong the communication with Jubilee was; the use of spreadsheets on google drive made it really easy for everyone to know exactly what was going on throughout the process.

We had a few in-person meetings during the course of planning, and each time Kristen and Julia were very flexible and accommodating with both the time and location. They made us feel relaxed and a lot less stressed about all of the details.

All of the vendor recommendations they made were excellent as well, and I definitely never felt pressured to go super outside our budget or spend money where it was unnecessary. The decor we used through Jubilee was beautiful and really helped tie everything in and fulfill our vision. On the day of the wedding, Julia was SO helpful and really made the day as seamless and stress-free as possible for me. Which is impressive, because I am 100% a perfectionist with control issues.

Jubilee was the perfect pick for our wedding, and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a fun, personalized wedding that truly expresses you as a couple. I will 100% work with them again next time we have an event that needs planning!

Kristen of Jubilee Event Engineers helped us with month-of wedding coordination, and we're so glad she did! We planned our Woodinville wedding from out of town and Kristen was a huge part of making the day go smoothly. Kristen is a wonderful hostess, which we particularly appreciated because she put all of our guests immediately at ease. We wanted our wedding to feel like a warm and inviting dinner party, and Kristen helped set the perfect tone. As the bride, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be, because Kristen always gently guided me to the right place. It was an incredibly treat, actually, to not at all feel like I had to check the time constantly, given how stressful the wedding day timeline can sometimes be. With Kristen's help, I could simply relax and enjoy the day. Throughout the evening, she would check in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also particularly adept navigating different personalities and family dynamics, which also put our minds at ease. We cannot thank Kristen and Jubilee Event Engineers enough!

Kristen helped us put together our wedding in just a couple months! She kept us on track and thought of all the little things we would’ve overlooked. When there were unforeseeable venue glitches on the day of, she handled them like a pro while we enjoyed our day. Other than choosing the groom, the best decision I made was hiring Jubilee!

We planned this wedding in Seattle from Australia. Alex was amazing. We did meeting ps by Skype and phone, mostly communicating via email and she nailed it! We walked in on the night and it was perfect, just like I dreamed! She also recommended great vendors and organised everything for us. Can't recommend her enough

After coming to the conclusion we had no idea what we were doing, my husband and I decided to give Jubilee a call to plan our wedding. This was probably the best decision we could have made. Kristen was unbelievably helpful in the planning phase- with everything from suggesting vendors to arranging meetings to brainstorming décor ideas (and much, much more)- and I can’t even imagine what a mess the day of would have been without her. We had a really strict schedule from the ceremony through the reception with a number of very time-consuming wardrobe changes, and she managed to keep things low stress and running like clockwork. Thanks to her patience and know-how, everything went perfectly! She was SUCH a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so much more manageable, I don’t know what we’d have done without her! Highly, highly recommend!

Kristen did a marvelous job "herding the cats" for our event. We planned this wedding from South Carolina, so had to use a coordinator. She got to know us and then steered us toward venues and vendors that matched our ideals. Day of services were priceless and Kristen even saved the day when my elderly mother attempted to light the wrong candle.
