We had to plan a wedding in less than 60 days and Joe was so easy and fun to work with! He was very responsive and stress-free leading up to the wedding and that carried through our entire day. He made taking pictures fun when it was honestly the part I was looking forward to the least. Our pictures came out gorgeous… Moody, candid, fun, and full of love. He’s very casual, laid back, and will drop a few one liners laced with sarcasm to keep things light and enjoyable! I also loved how he said he would take a picture of anything that it looked like I spent money on 😂 hell yeah

...and his photos are damn cool, too. Joe was the perfect fit for our wedding day. He was calm, professional, flexible and entertaining as hell. From the first time we spoke with him on the phone we knew that his demeanor was the perfect match for the day we were trying to have. Creative and smart, but not pushy when it comes to specific shots or group photos. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process, working with us to pivot on our engagement shoot and bouncing all over the place on our wedding day to be able to spend time with both of us, our families and our guests prior to our ceremony. He brings a certain calmness to the day that is more than welcome on an afternoon that could otherwise feel stressful or chaotic. He's incredibly talented, and very chill. We love that we'll get to remember our wedding through his photos forever, because he captured the story we aimed to tell that day perfectly.

We had the pleasure of meeting Joe almost a decade ago when searching for a wedding photographer. Instantly we knew he was going to be apart of the big moments in our lives. Nine years ago, we had our engagement photos taken at Sachuest Point in Newport—this past week-without even knowing it, he brought us back to that exact same spot nine years later for our maternity shoot. It was such a full-circle moment—standing in the same place where our journey began, now on the brink of a brand new chapter. I don’t think there was a moment during our engagement shoot or wedding that we weren’t smiling, laughing, or joking around. He made us feel comfortable and matched our energy. Just from a few initial meetings/conversations, he was able to capture our personalities but also the essence/vibe of our wedding in a way we didn’t even think possible. Joe is so incredibly talented. He is able to capture the raw emotion of the day and the photos are so stunning. On top of that, he has the best personality. My husband and I are not natural in front of a camera and he made us look and feel like professionals. His energy makes the day fun, light, and stress-free. His commentary and jokes makes you feel normal and care-free in front of the camera. I cannot not recommend Joe enough for his photography skills (which are unmatched) but also his personality and demeanor of someone you want around you on your wedding day!

Simply put, Joe is an amazing photographer. I’ve had the honor of being part of quite few weddings within the past few years, and none of the photographers at those events even came close to what Joe brought to the table. It might sound unbelievable to some, but I’m being completely honest when I say that one of the most fun parts of our wedding day was the solo bride and groom photo session. Joe and his assistant made sure every smile was completely natural by being hilarious and always cracking jokes. They made sure we were relaxed and were never too pushy in telling us what to do. Our wedding was only yesterday, but we have no doubts over how gorgeous our photos will be based on the few shots Joe showed us while taking them. Joe is the best!! We have a few friends who hired Joe for their weddings and their pictures were just unlike any other wedding pictures I had seen. When my now husband and I got engaged, we knew we wanted Joe to shoot our wedding and he was our first call after we booked our venue. We met up with him for our engagement shoot in Newport RI and right away we knew that Joe was such a good fit for us because he was laid back and receptive to our ideas. He worked so well with us when we brought our new puppy to be part of the shoot. Our engagement photos are still displayed around our house.
We had to change our wedding date 3 times due to COVID and Joe was always so responsive and flexible in working with us to pick a new date. The day of the wedding, he worked so well to keep our bridal party and families on schedule with all the pictures that were on our ‘must have’ list. We are so thankful that Joe was able to capture all these are memories that we will always treasure. We both, along with both our families and all our friends were so happy with Joe and found him so easy to work with. Joe also worked seamlessly with out venue, videographer and DJ to make sure that our night went perfectly. Thank you Joe!!
