I guess I am a little old fashioned. I do not see middle ground when it comes to event entertainment. either its a great night with great music or no. I have listened to Joey Scott sing for over 30 years and like fine wine he gets better every time I hear him. thank you joey for making our event so special

The Connection is absolutely fantastic, and Joey is AMAZING to work with. From the start, Joey makes you feel as though your wedding is the most important wedding the band will be performing at. He was so incredible responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Not to mention hes such a nice guy (actually, everyone in the band is very nice). We wanted more of motown/oldies/70s/80s (earth wind and fire, whitey Houston, jackson 5, etc. ) sound track to our wedding, and that's exactly what the band gave us. They had the dance floor packed all night. I come from a big Italian family and I let Joey know that, he incorporated some Italian songs (the Tarantella which I asked for) and some other great music during dinner. I have had multiple people tell me the band was the best band they ever heard at any wedding...in fact 4 months later people are STILL talking about the band. My best friend and I actually booked this band for each of wedding so I got to hear them twice, and they were FANTASTIC at her wedding as well. STOP LOOKING for the band for your wedding and book Joey and the Connection. You will not be disappointed.

Joey Scott and the Connection was incredible! They preformed at our Memorial day weekend wedding in Chatham and were so nice, professional and wonderful. I had a phone consult with Joey about 2 weeks out to go over our questionnaire and song requests and he was such a genuinely nice guy. The band learned a few songs for us, including our first dance song and it brought me to tears how beautifully they preformed it. People have been commenting to myself and my husband about how they were the best band they've ever seen at a wedding and that they made the night! The saxophone and horn players came onto the dance floor and serenaded me during a song! It was awesome! They were great about playing all the songs I wanted to hear, and stayed away from the songs I asked not to be played. I know having a band can be a little more pricey, but they really added a whole other aspect to our wedding and were so entertaining. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fun, lively and incredible band for their next wedding or event.

Joey Scott and the Connection exceeded our expectation at my daughter's wedding. The band was outstanding and the song selections addressed all age groups. The band was so good that the dance floor was full all night. I would recommend this band to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Seriously... Deciding on whether or not to use a band or a DJ was a difficult choice... Events Management provided us with a list of bands they represented... We started doing research and asked for input from some of our wedding party... Nearly everyone voted for Joey Scott and the Connection... THEY WERE AMAZING! It was an incredible mix of oldies and current pop mixed with some standards... The dance floor was hopping all night long... Again, everyone keeps commenting on how great the band was! Hire this band!

The Joey Scott Connection is awesome. I cannot be more clear: AWESOME. Joey took the time to listen to the kind of music we wanted. He is also super-responsive. They played great music - they played everything from Motown to wedding classics (Frank Sinatra, Etta James, etc) to Bon Jovi to Lady Gaga - perfectly. I hired them without hearing them (we planned our wedding in 6 months) and was a little nervous, but I will never regret the decision. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and our guests were so happy. The only "complaint" we had was that people's legs were sore the next day because they danced so much! If you are looking for a great band (with a fantastic horn section!), give Joey a call.

They are a wonderful band. Everyone was on the dance floor as they play a wide variety of music for all ages. I didn't want them to stop playing at the end of the night. They were really flexible and learned some new songs that had meaning for us. They interact with their audience and sound great!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Joey Scott and the Connection! They were highly responsive, accommodating, and professional throughout the planning process. They were genuinely passionate about making our wedding the party of a lifetime! We initially selected The Connection, because we were so impressed with the wide range of music that they performed so well, and, with a guest list ranging in age from 11 to 93, we knew that ALL of our guests would love the music!! When we first heard The Connection play at a showcase, we were still undecided on a first dance song. After we heard them perform, we actually selected a first dance song, because of how well they had performed it! We were not at all disappointed with our choice!! We were also not at all surprised that The Connection had the dance floor full all night long! It absolutely was a party of a lifetime!! And more than a month later, our guests of all ages are still talking about how much they loved the band and how much fun they had at our wedding!
