Bill made a custom wedding ring for me and I am BEYOND impressed and pleased with the work and design. Bill & Brad Koen were amazing! My now husband found my engagement ring at their shop- it sounds like it was a long and tedious process. He found the perfect ring, and then the right diamond to go with it. Bill was flexible and accommodating and really gave him the room to find the ring he wanted. And I am so glad he did!

It turns out I work by the store and have found it easy to stroll in the store to clean my ring- they never seemed annoyed with my constant questions. We did end up finding both of our wedding bands at the Koen store, but there was no pressure to do so. Just turned out that the ones we wanted were there, and Bill & Brad's customer service kept us as returning customers.
