Bill made a custom wedding ring for me and I am BEYOND impressed and pleased with the work and design. I gave him little direction and multiple pieces of other jewelry that were meaningful to me and he was able to incorporate it all. He truly understood my vision. I highly recommend Joe Koen & Son!

Bill & Brad Koen were amazing! My now husband found my engagement ring at their shop- it sounds like it was a long and tedious process. He found the perfect ring, and then the right diamond to go with it. Bill was flexible and accommodating and really gave him the room to find the ring he wanted. And I am so glad he did!

It turns out I work by the store and have found it easy to stroll in the store to clean my ring- they never seemed annoyed with my constant questions. We did end up finding both of our wedding bands at the Koen store, but there was no pressure to do so. Just turned out that the ones we wanted were there, and Bill & Brad's customer service kept us as returning customers.

My FH parents have known the Koen family for a long time and my FMIL's ring had come from their shop. Naturally my FH wanted to look there. We went in and received nothing short of excellent customer service. They listened to what I was looking for and produced just that. When my FH proposed to me the ring needed to be re-sized (I had lost some weight) so Brad told us to overnight it and he would have it fixed. I had my ring back on my had in 3 days. They offer quick meticulous service and are a very reputable company. We will be going back!!

My husband's family has used them for years, and he chose my set there and it is so beautiful and unique! I know it truly is a one-of-a-kind! His is too! it was initially created for Vince Young prior to the 2005 Rose Bowl. Besides or wedding rings, he has purchased 2 diamond necklaces (1 of which I wore at the wedding), and custom aquamarine earrings for me. The owners are wonderful and so sweet and helpful. They are ready and eager to help you out! I would highly recommend this jeweler!
