Jmaas Productions is a wedding photography company based in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Growing up I always had a camera in hand, documenting camping adventures, skateboard videos, and ridiculous skits, I captured everything! I filmed my first wedding in 2005 in Detroit for a family member, it was my first gig and I was excited about it. From then on I started to really put the time in to learn proper composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
I started off as a videographer but have come to love photography just as much, because of this I am able to offer photo and video services for my clients.
My shooting style is editorial and journalistic. It's candid, yet done so with some direction and styling. I look for moments but also set the scene, it gives an approachable feel with stunning results.
I'm based in the Metro Detroit area.
