Marty was fantastic. When I looked at other vendors they wanted me to tell them exactly what I wanted, well since I'm not great with flowers or plants (I've basically killed every plant I've had) I really couldn't do that and they weren't that helpful with me to figure it out. When I met with Marty I explained this to him, he asked me some questions to get to know my personality and he went from there. I felt very comfortable with him and knew he would do a great job. My flowers were extremely beautiful and fit my personality. He delivered all of my flowers to 3 different locations with no extra charge which was a great relief and one less task I had to worry about.

I had the WORST experience with this shop. Patricia was very rude over the phone. My MIL had called awhile ago and talked about getting cut flowers for my upcoming wedding. She was told that I needed to go in 2 weeks before my wedding to look around and get an idea of what I would want for flowers and order them. Mind you my MIL always takes notes and wrote down when I needed to go in, so if that wasn't the case then she shouldn't of told her that. Patricia preceded to tell me that she's not a warehouse and I needed to do online research. I'm sure there are books of examples of their work or something in the shop to look at. I was looking for simple and she was no help at all and acted like she didn't want to help. She then was questioning my MIL's skill level of putting flowers together which was also rude, we just wanted cut flowers so she didn't have to worry about that. She only wanted to deal with my MIL who lives out of state by the way and that's why I needed to go in. I was just calling to get information and if I needed to make an appointment....but we didn't even get that far. I was going off what someone told me to do and Patricia had NO right to be that rude. Patricia really needs to work on her customer service skills because they are terrible.

I would definitely NOT recommend Jim's florist.

Brides do yourself a favor, if you want a stress free floral experience go elsewhere!
