Michigan Flower Barn is a wholesale flower market collective, connecting designers, brides, and floral shops to high quality florals and foliage all grown by farmers in Michigan.
All of our flowers and foliage are locally grown in Michigan, harvested fresh each week. We work with a diverse team of flower farmers who are committed to growing sustainable, high-quality event flowers. We have created an efficient online ordering process while providing reliable customer service – working directly with you to get you exactly what you need.
Michigan Flower Barn is providing efficient access to slow-grown flowers. We are owned and and operated by female farmers and florists, to provide our industry with the best selection of wholesale flowers and foliage during each growing season.
We are conveniently located in Owosso, Michigan. Just a short drive from downtown Lansing and Flint. Can't make it out to us? No worries, we offer delivery.
Our Wedding Packages
We have tailored our Wedding Floral packages to specifically feature Michigan grown flowers ONLY. We will never use or source a flower from out of state OR another country. We beileve in sustabiliblity and pride ourselves on doing right by the enviroment. Additinally, we've created a package to appeal to any budget. Please ask us questions if you're unsure about something - we know that this is not a conventional wedding florist experience. We are here to be helpful and resourceful to you during the planning of your big day. Our packages are listed below:
- Blooms by the Bucket
Our "Blooms by the Bucket" is perfect for anyone with a DIY mentality. We simply provide you with the freshest, Michigan grown flowers. You purchase by the bucket - so this option is great for smaller budgets, only buy what you need. Yes, you are able to add-on specialty blooms to our bucket orders upon request. - Design & Pick-Up
Send us your inspo or wedding style guide and let us know what arrangements you need. We'll source all of your flowers through Michigan farmers & our in-house designers will assemble all of your arrangements. You then make plans to come pick it all up at the barn just before your event. - Full Service
We'll work with you to craft a floral style for your wedding and then turn that into a guide. From there we'll figure out what arrangements you need and then we'll assemble with Michigan grown flowers. On the day of your event, we'll deliver all of your flowers and set them up at your venue according to your style plan. We are happy to work with your planner or venue to give you the best possible experience.

We are the only florist on Wedding Wire to commit to sourcing flowers from local Michigan farms.
Flowers grown with sustainable farming practices, harvested in their natural season of bloom, sourced as close to you as possible – and designed by florists who are using chemical-free techniques. As farmer-florists, we make sure all of the flowers and foliage are harvested and sold immediately for use. Michigan ‘slow-flowers’ are grown in your state, eliminating the massive carbon footprint that comes with importing flowers.
To commit to using Michigan grown flowers for your wedding, we are offering to take an additional 20% off of your final price with us.

Jo is one of the owners and managers at Michigan Flower Barn. She is a flower farmer and designer. Owner of Brown Farmstead in Owosso, MI. She will be your point of contact for all things design through MFB.
Jordan is an owner and manager of Michigan Flower Barn. She handles all of our Farmer communication and direction. Outside of the Barn she can be found on her flower farm with her husband and animals.
