As a wedding photographer myself, photography was obviously the most important part of my wedding day. I had met Jerry through my dad a few years before our wedding, and loved his work. Once it was time to start considering wedding photographers, I knew I wanted to hire Jerry. Even though he lived across the country from me, his prices were reasonable enough and I loved his work enough that it made it worth flying him in. He flew in for our engagement session in 2019 and the photos came out amazing. Jerry was also super helpful and understanding while dealing with postponing our wedding due to COVID. Working with him and Nicolette on the day of was everything I could've asked for. They were both super laid back (which I needed as a kind of anxious bride!), easy to work with and I know for a fact captured so many amazing photos. Just the sneak peek sent me into a happy dance during my honeymoon! I can't recommend Jerry enough, thanks so much!

Jerry is truly the best! We took both our engagement and wedding photos with him, and they all turned out amazing. Jerry is very patient with couples who don't know anything about posing -like us- and will work with you to get the best possible shots. It unfortunately rained during and immediately after our ceremony, and we were unable to take photos outside. However, Jerry quickly thought of some alternative locations, and we got some lovely photographs with the rain backlit behind us. Jerry also hand delivered our photos to us in a lovely wooden box with a thank-you note. We think that the quality of Jerry's photos really speak for themselves, but hope that this review will also help you pick Jerry for your special day.

We searched through so many reviews of area photographers and just weren't satisfied with any of them until we saw Jerry's work. He brings pictures to life. He is so talented at capturing moments and telling stories with the pictures he creates. Jerry did our engagement session and our wedding day pictures, and we just were so amazed by the pictures he produced! We really enjoyed sharing our wedding day with Jerry and having him with us. My mother even commented after the wedding that having Jerry around was just like having another family member with us. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and he's got a great sense of humor. We truly feel that we got the best of both worlds by finding a photographer and a friend.

Jerry was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was always very willing to work with our schedule (or the weather's schedule) to make sure we had a flawless experience! We love all of our pictures! Jerry worked incredibly hard the entire wedding (and engagement shoot) and we even had guests comment on how impressed they were with him. He was still working hard to get the best shots even as the night was coming to a close. Jerry also makes every effort to become part of your life, helping to make you comfortable and natural in your photos. He'll go out for coffee, come over for dinner, will even make friends with your fur babies. I would 100% recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a quality photographer.

I have only positive things to say about Jerry. From our initial phone call, I could tell it would be a great fit. He was very organized, confident, and friendly. He helped to map out the timeline for the day and functioned like a second wedding planner with his tips and tricks for the day. On the day of the wedding, I was anxious about time. Jerry was excellent at helping me not to feel rushed. His presence was very calming, but also fun at the same time. It was just like having a friend with me the whole day. He was fantastic at making me laugh. I can’t put into words how happy I am with the pictures! Absolutely thrilled! Honestly, I am so glad I chose him to capture such a special day and that he was able to travel to St. Louis. His work is beautiful. He found great locations in Forest Park that were easy for the wedding party to get to, which was so helpful because I couldn’t decide where I wanted to take pictures. I can’t wait to work with Jerry again in the future!

Choosing Jerry as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made! Jerry also shot our engagement photos, and was able to make us feel completely comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

Jerry is the epitome of professional when it comes to taking gorgeous wedding photos but at the end of the day he wants you to have the perfect experience and will go above and beyond to do so. He was super flexible about where to take pictures when our day of timeline got backed up and the weather was too cold. He got some gorgeous photos and I will be forever grateful my day was captured so beautifully.
