I can't even begin to express how absolutely 100/100, 5 stars, A+++++ is Jenn Robirds Events. Choosing Jenn was the best decision for my wedding I ever made. Without exaggeration they made our dreams come true. Our wedding was PERFECT. Literally everything went SEAMLESSLY - and so many of our guests said it was one of the best, if not the best, wedding they've ever attended. I worked closely with Jenn and Morgan the year leading up to our wedding - I know only one other person who as much fun as I had planning my wedding, and I know nobody who had it less stressful than I did. I have never worked with anyone more competent and worthy of my confidence than Jenn and Morgan. As one example, 1 week before the wedding I was CC'd on an email with a 73 page production document to all vendors. They were always leading the way, thinking 5 steps ahead of me, anticipating challenges and coming up with multiple solutions for those challenges, putting the absolute best vendors in front of me, and making literally every idea I had possible because they came up with how to make it happen (should be noted: we got married at The HideOut, an EPIC location and logistically challenging; The HideOut was SO impressed by the wedding JRE put on). Not only was our wedding gorgeous, it was a flawlessly-executed guest experience - AND, my husband and I were fully guests at our own wedding, enjoying every moment and never receiving a single question from JRE during the entire weekend, they just handled everything flawlessly. I fully believe that in a few years, JRE will be doing multi-million dollar weddings and we are getting her service at a discounted rate today. If you're looking for a full-production wedding planner to work with for the year leading up to your wedding, JRE is your perfect partner.

Well, as the mother of the bride I can unequivocally say that Jen and Morgan were worth every penny. They worked hand in hand with my daughter to create an unforgettable event. Many guests told us that this wedding was the best they had ever attended.
The team attended to each detail, offered various alternatives and made sure that there was no stress in the process. Their can do attitude made it a pleasure for my daughter to work with.

Jenn Robirds Events went above and beyond to plan our dream wedding! We did full service planning for a two-part wedding: ceremony on a ship and reception at a yacht club. We worked closely with Lead Planner Morgan Thompson and shared our vision with her. She kept our ideas in mind, and took our wedding beyond what we imagined! She helped us find our reception venue then nail down our vendors. She took it a step further and helped make our details with invitations, escort display and dinner one-of-a-kind and memorable for our guests! Our friends and family LOVED and commented a lot on our invitations! Many of our guests remarked on how amazing Morgan was as a planner. Our officiant even said she was the best he had ever worked with!

There were a lot of moving parts on our wedding day - changing locations, coordinating shuttles, timing out our reception dinner with different courses to make the evening flow - and the wedding went smoothly! There also wasn’t a blueprint for a wedding ceremony on a ship, but Morgan created it for us. She made a mock-up of the ship’s dimensions to figure out the aisle and seating placement. As a bride there's already a lot to think about on your wedding day, but I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands with Jenn Robirds Events.

We hired JRE for our day of wedding planning. Morgan and Natasha were so helpful and organized and helped make sure everything was set for our vendors well in advance to our wedding day. On our wedding day Natasha ensured our wedding was perfect despite a change in weather (very windy) and helped us improvise to make sure everything was beautiful. Natasha was meticulous and made it easy for me to enjoy the day as she took care of organizing and setting up everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. She was so wonderful!

Getting married as a medical student, I didn't have time to think about the logistics of planning a wedding. I needed someone who could not only take the reigns and make my wedding *happen*, but someone who I could implicitly trust to execute the event perfectly- which is excactly what Jenn Robirds and her team accomplished.

I started working with Jenn a year and a half prior to our date, with a nothing but our venue picked out. I needed a person who would get everything done when I wasn't supervising (which was 100% of the time) but would be able to bring together a wedding to my partner's and my tastes.

Over the course of those 18 months, while I was also livingn out of state, Jenn reached out to me over email and phone calls to keep me on track (desperately needed, thanks Jenn!) and share her progress. Her communication style jelled well with mine- direct and casual, yet she was able to navigate rocky conversations with my parents and my in-laws with her sensitivity and empathy.

This is a woman who does it all and does it with aplomb- she is a jack of all trades who can get you the best deals with the best vendors and deliver your dream wedding to you on a platter. Choosing her as my planner was the best decision I could make (aside from choosing my partner)!

Wow were we fortunate to hire Jenn Robirds and her entire team 2 years ago. We had no idea how much we were going to truly appreciate Jenn and Morgan’s ability to adapt to unexpected regulations and amendments that popped up with vendors and venues. We can confidently say we would not have had the wedding we’d pictured without their help and ability to efficiently multi-task. They took so much care in looping us in on necessary conversations and changes and shielding us from the stressful and logistic items that happened behind the scenes.

They are a premium events company and you truly get what you pay for. The peace of mind that came along with their confidence and reassurances that our wedding would go off without a hitch and in fact, ended up better than originally planned. Jenn Robirds Events team was worth every penny.

I’ve been putting off writing this review for over 4 months because I truly don’t know how to express in words how thankful we were to have Jenn coordinate our wedding. There were so many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn’s experience in the industry and being the “voice” for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the “approved” list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me “she is the queen of details” when they found out who our coordinator was!

I’m so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I’m so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)! She will coordinate with all of your vendors to create timelines, menus, floor plans, and will even make last minute adjustments to ensure everything is perfect. I promise that you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day thanks to Jenn and her team!

Needless to say, Jenn’s work as an event planner and coordinator is exceptional and she is exactly the “queen of details” you want making sure everything is impeccable for your wedding day!

My husband and I worked with Jenn for just about 18 months; from selecting the venue to the flowers, to the napkins, Jenn helped us with every detail, big and small. Even though JRE has multiple clients, Jenn always made us feel like we were special and truly cared about us. Jenn was an excellent communicator, always accessible and was never deterred by my endless questions. She is extremely creative and could take my thoughts and turn them into visions. Jenn and her team are also very well-connected within the wedding industry and because of that we were lucky to have the most amazing vendors possible at great prices. Not only did Jenn help us plan our wedding, but on the day of she ensured everything ran seamlessly. The JRE team was there early for set-up and stayed late for clean-up. We will forever be grateful to JRE for making May 4, 2019 the very best day!
