I can't even begin to express how absolutely 100/100, 5 stars, A+++++ is Jenn Robirds Events. Choosing Jenn was the best decision for my wedding I ever made. Without exaggeration they made our dreams come true. Our wedding was PERFECT. Literally everything went SEAMLESSLY - and so many of our guests said it was one of the best, if not the best, wedding they've ever attended. I worked closely with Jenn and Morgan the year leading up to our wedding - I know only one other person who as much fun as I had planning my wedding, and I know nobody who had it less stressful than I did. I have never worked with anyone more competent and worthy of my confidence than Jenn and Morgan. As one example, 1 week before the wedding I was CC'd on an email with a 73 page production document to all vendors. They were always leading the way, thinking 5 steps ahead of me, anticipating challenges and coming up with multiple solutions for those challenges, putting the absolute best vendors in front of me, and making literally every idea I had possible because they came up with how to make it happen (should be noted: we got married at The HideOut, an EPIC location and logistically challenging; The HideOut was SO impressed by the wedding JRE put on). Not only was our wedding gorgeous, it was a flawlessly-executed guest experience - AND, my husband and I were fully guests at our own wedding, enjoying every moment and never receiving a single question from JRE during the entire weekend, they just handled everything flawlessly. I fully believe that in a few years, JRE will be doing multi-million dollar weddings and we are getting her service at a discounted rate today. If you're looking for a full-production wedding planner to work with for the year leading up to your wedding, JRE is your perfect partner. -

Jenn Robirds Events went above and beyond to plan our dream wedding! We did full service planning for a two-part wedding: ceremony on a ship and reception at a yacht club. We worked closely with Lead Planner Morgan Thompson and shared our vision with her. She kept our ideas in mind, and took our wedding beyond what we imagined! She helped us find our reception venue then nail down our vendors. She took it a step further and helped make our details with invitations, escort display and dinner one-of-a-kind and memorable for our guests! Our friends and family LOVED and commented a lot on our invitations! Many of our guests remarked on how amazing Morgan was as a planner. Our officiant even said she was the best he had ever worked with!
There were a lot of moving parts on our wedding day - changing locations, coordinating shuttles, timing out our reception dinner with different courses to make the evening flow - and the wedding went smoothly! There also wasn’t a blueprint for a wedding ceremony on a ship, but Morgan created it for us. She made a mock-up of the ship’s dimensions to figure out the aisle and seating placement. As a bride there's already a lot to think about on your wedding day, but I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands with Jenn Robirds Events. -

Getting married as a medical student, I didn't have time to think about the logistics of planning a wedding. I needed someone who could not only take the reigns and make my wedding *happen*, but someone who I could implicitly trust to execute the event perfectly- which is excactly what Jenn Robirds and her team accomplished.
I started working with Jenn a year and a half prior to our date, with a nothing but our venue picked out. I needed a person who would get everything done when I wasn't supervising (which was 100% of the time) but would be able to bring together a wedding to my partner's and my tastes.
Over the course of those 18 months, while I was also livingn out of state, Jenn reached out to me over email and phone calls to keep me on track (desperately needed, thanks Jenn!) and share her progress. Her communication style jelled well with mine- direct and casual, yet she was able to navigate rocky conversations with my parents and my in-laws with her sensitivity and empathy.
This is a woman who does it all and does it with aplomb- she is a jack of all trades who can get you the best deals with the best vendors and deliver your dream wedding to you on a platter. Choosing her as my planner was the best decision I could make (aside from choosing my partner)! -

Wow were we fortunate to hire Jenn Robirds and her entire team 2 years ago. We had no idea how much we were going to truly appreciate Jenn and Morgan’s ability to adapt to unexpected regulations and amendments that popped up with vendors and venues. We can confidently say we would not have had the wedding we’d pictured without their help and ability to efficiently multi-task. They took so much care in looping us in on necessary conversations and changes and shielding us from the stressful and logistic items that happened behind the scenes.
They are a premium events company and you truly get what you pay for. The peace of mind that came along with their confidence and reassurances that our wedding would go off without a hitch and in fact, ended up better than originally planned. Jenn Robirds Events team was worth every penny. -

I’ve been putting off writing this review for over 4 months because I truly don’t know how to express in words how thankful we were to have Jenn coordinate our wedding. There were so many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn’s experience in the industry and being the “voice” for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the “approved” list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me “she is the queen of details” when they found out who our coordinator was!
I’m so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I’m so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)! She will coordinate with all of your vendors to create timelines, menus, floor plans, and will even make last minute adjustments to ensure everything is perfect. I promise that you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day thanks to Jenn and her team!
Needless to say, Jenn’s work as an event planner and coordinator is exceptional and she is exactly the “queen of details” you want making sure everything is impeccable for your wedding day! -

Jenn and her team are, simply put, amazing. Jenn was not only helpful in all her guidance and work with me and my family, but she also helped me a great deal with some of my anxieties both leading up and day of the wedding. I honestly don't think I would've been able to have a wedding without Jenn and her team. I'm SO happy with the event she produced and would 100% do it again, anxieties and all! Thank you Jenn and team, you made our year! -

If you want to have the wedding of your dreams, then you need to hire Jenn Robirds and her team! My husband and I worked with Jenn for just about 18 months; from selecting the venue to the flowers, to the napkins, Jenn helped us with every detail, big and small. Even though JRE has multiple clients, Jenn always made us feel like we were special and truly cared about us. Jenn was an excellent communicator, always accessible and was never deterred by my endless questions. She is extremely creative and could take my thoughts and turn them into visions. Jenn and her team are also very well-connected within the wedding industry and because of that we were lucky to have the most amazing vendors possible at great prices. Not only did Jenn help us plan our wedding, but on the day of she ensured everything ran seamlessly. The JRE team was there early for set-up and stayed late for clean-up. We will forever be grateful to JRE for making May 4, 2019 the very best day! -

We worked with Morgan from the JRE team to make our wedding and the planning flawless . Morgan and Jen created the vision we had for our big day better than I could have described or imagined. They handled every aspect of the day including finding me a wedding garter the day of the wedding ! If your looking for the A team look no further. I highly recommend JRE to anyone who wants the perfect wedding day. -

Thank you Google for bringing me to Jenn Robirds. I had talked to two other Sacramento-based wedding planners prior to finding Jenn, but after speaking with her, I loved her energy immediately and was eager to book her.
I don’t even know where to begin to describe what an amazing planner Jenn is. From the start, I told her I wanted someone responsive and she never disappointed. She was always so on top of everything - it’s crazy how many clients and weddings she has on her plate yet it felt like she was always giving us her undivided attention.
She recommended the best of the best vendors and I am so incredibly happy with each of the ones I booked. Jenn would toss ideas around with me to get a feel of my taste, and I trusted her to run with it. She really takes charge of everything so I never had any worries during the wedding planning process.
Jenn handled so much for us - reviewed our contracts, took care of rentals and got us discounts, put together design boards and fancy welcome bags, found us an incredible animal balloon person to entertain the kids, and executed on every thing we wanted - from In and Out delivered to our afterparty to putting hot cheetos in the girl’s bathroom. The week leading up to our wedding, and also the day of, I felt zero stress. She had everything under control and our big day went incredibly smooth, zero hiccups.
She has an incredible vision and was so fun to work with. Our wedding was beyond perfect and more than we could’ve ever imagined. I even had bridesmaids asking Jenn if they could hire her as their wedding planner. Thank you Jenn + team for working so hard to give us our dream wedding! -

She helped us have the literal wedding of our dreams and did it all with the best attitude which allowed me to be bride-chilla the whole entire time. Jenn harnessed my wild child tendencies and made it into an authentically us event for all of our friends and family to enjoy. She introduced us to the most amazing vendors and when small issues came up I did not even know until after the fact. SO AMAZING. We continuously hear that it is the best wedding some of our guests have ever been to. Thank you Jenn, I would choose you for my wedding planning 1000 times over. I also have come to see you as a friend over the last year!

Jillian Sent on 11/03/2017Jenn Robirds Events were nothing short of perfection! I hired them for day-of-coordination and they went above & beyond any expectations I had. Katherine made me feel calm, cared for and she really cared about my wishes. She even completely calmed by nerves moments before walking down the aisle. I’ve already recommended them to numerous brides in the area. The attention to detail was 10/10 and they were truly dedicated to making the wedding picture I had in my mind a reality. Having the wedding at my parent’s house took a lot of work and Jenn and her staff really made it look effortless (even in the summer heat!)
Communicating with Jenn and Katherine was easy and their responses were always prompt and professional. Planning is NOT my gift and I’m so thankful I had a team to help coordinate all the details and helped make the day so beautiful! I really can’t thank Jenn, Katherine and the JRE team enough for all their Work! -

We just didn’t get the same comfort from the others we met with as we did with Jenn. She is confident and has a lot of resources. We are so happy we went with Jenn, she was amazing, from start to finish. It was such a pleasure working with her and her team. She was very responsive throughout the year, and was able to calm my nerves many times. She has great ideas and suggestions. I definitely needed help! I had ideas of what I wanted, and she helped make it a reality. She really helped make my Happily Ever After come true. She is absolutely worth every penny! We also used her for floral, and she blew my mind with how gorgeous the bouquets turned out. I’ve watch others get married, and I saw how stressed the bride and her family, especially the mother, was. And I knew I didn’t want any part of that. Jenn made everything a breeze. She let me know when I should be doing what. She helped me keep on budget as much as possible. And gave me options for my budget. She has such a bubbly personality, and you just can’t help but fall in love with her instantly. She genuinely cares about you and your wedding and your vision. She set me up with all the amazing vendors, that all did incredible work! I wanted a fairytale wedding, and that’s exactly what I got. I couldn’t be happier with her. She made all my dreams come true!

The thought of planning a wedding from across the country was incredibly overwhelming but once we hired Jenn, we knew we would be in good hands. She is poised, professional, and has a great "can do" attitude which is sure to put any bride at ease. She kept us on track with our deadlines, budgets, and offered us alternatives whenever she saw an opportunity for savings.
On the day of the wedding, Jenn and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked beautiful and that the day ran smoothly. Which it did! We cannot thank Jenn Robirds enough for helping us throw the most epic party ever!"
