i got my engagement ring and wedding band from them and every time i have been in there they are been nothing but nice! the man who helped us was great he showed me a bunch of different styles to make sure i got what i really wanted!

I can't say enough good things about Jared and our experience with Patty. My now husband had her help in picking out my engagement and wedding ring, as well as a more recent birthday gift. My wedding set is breathtaking, and everyone is so surprised when I tell them my husband picked it out without my help. Patty helped him make the perfect selection. We did need to have the set sized, and unfortunately the size I needed had to be special ordered from Neil Lane directly. It took two months to get in, which is shorter than the original estimate of three months. While we were waiting, I was able to wear the "original" ring on my pinky finger, and once the correct sized set came in, we were able to do an exchange.

We have stopped in to have my ring cleaned and inspected, and everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, and they all seem to remember who we are if we aren't able to deal directly with Patty.
