I had first heard of Janet from my cousins. She always takes their family pictures every year, and they would always boast about what a good photographer she is. I knew I wanted to go with her when I took my senior photos because I always kept up with her work on Instagram, and I really liked it. Before meeting with her, we discussed how I wanted my pictures to be more unique than the overused themes for senior photos. She was super down and understanding and also really excited about all of my ideas! We decided on doing it in Downtown Detroit, and I was so excited! We walked all over downtown and took photos in so many different locations, and what I loved the most was that she was super patient and down to do all of my other silly ideas! I could tell she wanted to make my senior photos experience as fun as it could be, and it indeed was. She worked with me and all my different pose ideas and made the whole shoot easy and fun. I loved working with her! Once I got my photos back, they looked amazing !!! She caught me at such good angles, and so many of her shots looked like they could be in a magazine! I couldn’t recommend her enough! I loved her work and her as a person; Jandt is a fantastic photographer and nothing less than excellent! I can’t wait to shoot with her again!
