We got married in October and I hired Janelle for day of coordinating. She was fantastic start to finish we didn’t have to do anything the day of other than enjoy the day. She was so helpful leading up and ran everything so smoothly. We love her and would recommend her to ANYONE!

Working with Janelle was an absolute joy - I would not hesitate to hire her again! In fact, I can't imagine not hiring her. From our very first meeting to the day of, Janelle had excellent communication and really took the time to understand my vision and help achieve it. While I love planning, the amount of coordination needed for a wedding is easy to underestimate. Janelle was always happy to connect when I needed to walk through logistics and by the day of, the wedding everything was perfect, especially the custom set ups I had Janelle and her team DIY. She was always ready to catch my eye if I needed something and her assistance was invaluable. Even my wedding venue coordinators would not stop singing her praises and said they'd never seen a wedding go so smoothly. Don't wait, just hire Janelle!

Our day went so smoothly thanks to Janelle! We had some last minute changes that needed to be made and handled, and she handled them like a champ. We had an untraditional schedule and some untraditional wants and needs in terms of timeline/etc and she listened and made sure all of these were implemented. She was so professional, caring, and communicative both before and during the wedding and handled our cross-cultural wedding with so much care! We cannot thank her enough!

We hired Janelle as our partial planner and day-of coordinator. She was awesome to work with. Similar to other reviews here, I was pretty anxious and stressed about the whole wedding thing, and every time I spoke with Janelle about it, I felt excited and happy instead. She recommended great vendors, helped to hire a few of them without us lifting a finger, went over all the details with us, ran the rehearsal, and worked tirelessly to ensure the day went smoothly.

We ended up with unexpected rain at the exact time of our family photos and 45 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to start. Janelle completely handled the situation, worked out a new timeline so we could still have the ceremony outside when it stopped raining, handled all the vendor communication required, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Then, once dinner, dances, and speeches were finished, she left her lovely assistant in charge and drove over to our after-party location to set up our decorations and coordinate everything there before returning in time to organize a great exit for us. AND THEN, we accidentally locked her out of our car before she could load up our decorations and remaining items. She ended up dropping them off the next morning at our friend's house so we could pick them up more easily. We seriously couldn't have made it through without her. She is a gem.

Hiring Janelle for our vow renewal was the best choice we made outside of deciding to host the event! She organized things I didn't even know to think about, she handled vendors seamlessly, and every time I would say, "do you think we could have..." she would find a way to make it happen for me. Our aesthetic was unconventional and she fell completely in love with it in a way that made me even more excited for our event. I looked forward to speaking with her every time we had a catch-up call. Really, she's a new close friend! Definitely hire her!

Janelle was a gift from the heavens!! She was a great resource for everything. She was super responsive via text and email and was there for every question I had. She was our day of coordinator but so much more. I couldn’t have imagined a better person to keep my day running smoothly. I can’t recommend her enough!
