At a young age, Jaime was always interested in beauty and skincare. She found herself often frustrated when paying to have her makeup professionally done and being disappointed at the result; often too heavy an application and not achieving the look she described. Too many occasions went by where she ended up applying her own makeup after paying for it to be done.

When talking to friends and family, Jaime realized that most people are apprehensive to hire a professional makeup artist for those very reasons. She realized that there was a need for not any makeup artist, but a specific type of makeup artist.
