It was such a pleasure to have Jacob officiate our wedding. We knew we were in good hands when his package started with meeting for coffee a few months prior. Jacob was so warm and welcoming and the conversation felt like long time friends.

He did such a wonderful job of integrating our love story into the ceremony. He perfectly captured the essence of our relationship and delivered the smallest, most important details with wit and humor.

Our ceremony was so personal and heartfelt without being overly sappy or cheesy. I feel like he really listened to our wishes for the flow of the wedding and absolutely exceeded our expectations.

We hired Jacob based on the reviews we read and we were really happy we did! We were unsure of how to pick an officiant as we had never done this before and Jacob made it super easy. He was flexible in working with us as we were out of town when we wanted to book and he wrote up a personalized ceremony based on one Skype call before we even officially booked, which we thought was a good sign of his professionalism. We had an idea of what we wanted specifically for the ceremony so he didn't mind that we changed a lot of it around and, in the end, he delivered exactly what we wanted. He also made the marriage license process super easy as he submitted it for us for an extra fee - made us very happy to avoid a trip to the courthouse. Overall, very easy and pleasant experience!

We hired Jacob for our wedding as a referral from one of my friends who eloped. And he was perfect. He sat with us at a coffee shop to get to know us and our story, so he could write a personalized ceremony for us. Which on the day of our wedding, many of our guests mentioned how much they loved our ceremony and how sweet it was. My husband and I didn't write our own vows, but Jacob had done such a good job telling our story for us.

We hired Jacob to do our elopement in Griffith Park, LA. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He was very upbeat and made us feel very comfortable through the vow exchange. He is a very pleasant man to work with.

Jacob was amazing. My now husband had done a lot of research using the typical wedding websites, like The Knot and Wedding Wire, and we were simply able to stumble upon him through other people's reviews. Let me note here that we were planning a "hometown destination wedding", and didn't have the luxury of meeting any of the officiants face-to-face. We interviewed several people, and Jacob just had this genuineness to him that was irresistible. He asked questions that were personal and intimate, which made the ceremony script itself that much more wonderful. I liked him immediately during the interview, and we booked him the following day.

I met him the day of, and he was so sincere and positive during the whole ceremony. All my guests loved him, loved the way he delivered the ceremony, and loved his smiles.

I would recommend Jacob to ANYONE who needed an officiant. He was simply the best.

Best decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Jacob is amazing! Our guests loved our ceremony. When do you ever hear guests say this?! Usually they want a short ceremony and then onwards to cocktail hour - BUT that was not the case here because of Jacob! He made our ceremony so special and personalized to us. Jacob met with us prior to the wedding to discuss what we wanted out of the ceremony. During this meeting, I did not feel rushed in any way. He genuinely wanted to get to know us and at the end of this meeting we felt like we were laughing with a good friend. Most importantly, we felt that we were in good hands to trust our ceremony with this individual.

Overall, Jacob was professional, personable and warm throughout the entire process of planning, rehearsal and on our wedding day. You can tell he loves what he does and we feel blessed to have had him part of our special day.

On our wedding day, Jacob set the tone of the ceremony and officiated beautifully. His body language, his articulation, his emotions were harmonious. Not to mention he came to the wedding in a crisp suit, a nicely done tie and a warm genuine smile. Our guests loved Jacob as much as my husband and I. If you are looking for an officiant, go with Jacob!!!

On a side note, he holds his notes for the ceremony on a iPad that is tucked into a book. It looks so cool in pictures!

So my fiancee and I visited LA to see our best friend who moved to the city from the UK 4 years ago and we decided to tie the knot and have our friend witness it. Our original plan was to have a low key thing at the Beverly Hills courthouse but upon getting our license we were told that they were fully booked.. Jacob came top of Google for officiants in our area so we made contact and he agreed to Wed us last minute (2 days notice!) and even offered to do it at the LA Observatory! And wow what an amazing experience it was! Jacob far exceeded our expectations and made our wedding truly memorable even if it was just us, our friend and lots of tourist spectators! I would recommend him in a heart beat... He will not disappoint you and will make it as memorable for you as it was for us!

Jacob was great. He was flexible and accommodating. He allowed us to Skype our meeting with him since our busy schedule made it difficult to cross town to meet him. The shared GoogleDocs he uses to edit ceremonies is great since we could work on the ceremony together over a span of several months. He also has a large collection of samples of the different sections of the ceremonies that was great to pull ideas from. We got married outside of LA county but he was willing to travel to OC for our wedding at no additional cost in exchange for not traveling to our rehearsal. The ceremony could not have turned out better. It had all of our personal touches in it. Several of our guests approached us after the ceremony to ask us if we knew Jacob personally. Could not have asked for a better officiant.

We are so very thankful we found Jacob! He was absolutely AMAZING! From the start, he always made himself available for us. He is super flexible and will do anything you feel comfortable with. We wanted him to get to know us on a personal level so our guest would be more involved. Per our request, he customized our vows the way we wanted them. He was super easy to work with and responded to all calls, texts and emails immediately. He is a TRUE professional. We noticed several things that most people don't realize that make a huge difference such as, Jacob moving out of the way for pictures after announcing us husband and wife. Our guest would not stop talking about how good he was and how they have never been so involved with what the officiant was actually saying lol. He was very expressive & passionate. He made our ceremony go smooth, enjoyable, & fun! I recommend anyone one that needs an officiant to use him, you'll be extremely satisfied.
