My 6 bridesmaids, maid of honor, 7 groomsmen, and my husband all ordered their attire from J.Crew. My husband and I were beyond pleased with our experiences. They were the highest quality, most classic and stylish, dresses and suits we've ever worn, even after being a part of many other weddings.
My bridesmaids had a great experience in J Crew's NYC shop, trying on a bunch of different styles. They didn't order their dresses that day but the consultant did not seem at all insulted. They instead ordered their dresses online once they were on sale and they were able to use a 30% off coupon code so they got an amazing price. Many of them ordered multiple sizes/styles and had no problem returning the ones that didn't work.
I had been watching the boys' suits online for a good price but once they went on sale, only the "slim" pants were now available, not the "regular." My husband called J.Crew and worked with Casey Colston. She was able to get the "regular" pants for us, in all of the sizes needed, honored the 30% off sale, and even helped him even opened up a credit card so that he saved another 15%. The groomsmen then just reimbursed my husband for their suits :)
Three members of our bridal party were not the size they expected to be come the month before. J.Crew easily let them exchange their dresses at the last minute, honoring the amazing prices they had originally paid, even though it was clearly past the 60 day return time period. We were worried for our groomsmen because those "regular" pants had sold out months ago. Casey again saved the day, ordered the new size for him, honored the price we had paid, and had them rush delivered for no extra charge. We returned the "too small" pants after the big day, and again were easily refunded even though it was beyond the 60 day return period.
