Grooms suit was perfection! They also provide such quality service over the phone that everything was spot on for him. They made sure we got the suit with the best fit throughout as my groom has a very tall, but slim build.

J Crew has some of the best dresses for the money. I was able to score an incredible deal on 3 sale dresses that were discounted an additional 40% off. As soon as I placed my order, a real person was assigned to my order as my wedding specialist. When I found that one of the dresses had arrived with some minor damage, my wedding specialist looked high an low to find me another gown just like it! Great experience! Tip: If you are hunting for a wedding dress, email a specialist and do not waste your time with the online chat people. They basically will just tell you what is on the website, but other employees and do a more global search of the inventory.

My 6 bridesmaids, maid of honor, 7 groomsmen, and my husband all ordered their attire from J.Crew. My husband and I were beyond pleased with our experiences. They were the highest quality, most classic and stylish, dresses and suits we've ever worn, even after being a part of many other weddings.

My bridesmaids had a great experience in J Crew's NYC shop, trying on a bunch of different styles. They didn't order their dresses that day but the consultant did not seem at all insulted. They instead ordered their dresses online once they were on sale and they were able to use a 30% off coupon code so they got an amazing price. Many of them ordered multiple sizes/styles and had no problem returning the ones that didn't work.

I had been watching the boys' suits online for a good price but once they went on sale, only the "slim" pants were now available, not the "regular." My husband called J.Crew and worked with Casey Colston. She was able to get the "regular" pants for us, in all of the sizes needed, honored the 30% off sale, and even helped him even opened up a credit card so that he saved another 15%. The groomsmen then just reimbursed my husband for their suits :)

Three members of our bridal party were not the size they expected to be come the month before. J.Crew easily let them exchange their dresses at the last minute, honoring the amazing prices they had originally paid, even though it was clearly past the 60 day return time period. We were worried for our groomsmen because those "regular" pants had sold out months ago. Casey again saved the day, ordered the new size for him, honored the price we had paid, and had them rush delivered for no extra charge. We returned the "too small" pants after the big day, and again were easily refunded even though it was beyond the 60 day return period.

My husband got his suit at J. Crew only 2 weeks before our wedding, at the Columbus Circle men's shop location. Darnel was a FANTASTIC help- offering great advice and excellent service. He even took my husband to an outside tailor to make sure they'd be able to get it tailored correctly. Fantastic!

This is a must-go place to shop for wedding dresses! I found mine at the monthly J Crew clearance sale for $40!!! The original price was $1950 on J Crew's website. I LOVED my wedding dress and it was so comfortable... 100% silk! And it had pockets! :D I also found my wedding shoes and run-away coat here that all matched perfectly. In total I spent like $120 on everything. Shop here before you go ANYWHERE else.

I made an appointment for my bridesmaids at jcrew at University Village and it was by far one of the best experiences we have had! Our consultant Jennifer was patient, kind and helpful - bringing racks of dresses for us to try.

jcrew has an amazing variety of dresses, in different styles, fabrics and colours. Jennifer worked with us to ensure we received the best sale prices compared to their website. Our dresses looked amazing!

I had trouble finding a dress for my style at local stores, so I started looking online. I found the perfect dress at J.Crew. I have bought a lot of clothes from them, so I wasn't very concerned about the fit. The dress arrived on time and fit extremely well. I had to get it hemmed just a little, but that was no problem. My pictures turned out so pretty, and I felt beautiful in the dress. I also got a whole lot of compliments on it.

I purchased my wedding dress from the J. Crew Bridal Salon in NYC. Making an appointment at that location was easy and my consultant, Margaret, was very attentive and helpful. The little area where you try on the dresses is small, so I wouldn't plan on going there with lots of people. I had three ladies with me and it was perfect. I went there having scoped out the dresses online in advance and tried on my favorite 3 or 4 first. Margaret helped with the clipping/cinching of the (too large for me) samples on hand. She also accessorized me with beautiful belts and necklaces that were on hand in the salon. At the insistence of my sister, I tried on a dress that I hadn't tried on and quite honestly didn't look like much on the hanger. When I slipped this dress on, I knew it was the one. I ended up purchasing the "Percy" gown that day. It was reasonably priced and was shipped to me within a week. Not only was the dress gorgeous, it was really comfortable too.

I simply cannot explain how much I loved my dress from J.Crew. My husband wore a J.Crew suit and the bridesmaids wore beautiful graphite silk chiffon dresses. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I tried in wedding dresses at the J Crew wedding shop in Georgetown last fall and wasn't in love with any of the dresses. I had ordered another dress on Zappos, but then, about six weeks before the wedding, I saw the Karlie gown online. I ordered my dress size and it fit everywhere except itself that it left me a little exposed in the bust. J Crew was great, working with me through email to validate bust measurements on different sizes. I exchanged the original dress for a larger size and then the dress taken in where needed. A of their customer service reps were cry responsive and helpful. Because I was ordering online, I didn't HAVE to choose a dress six months before the wedding, which took a lot of pressure off since the plan I g for the wedding really only took about six months. And, arguably most importantly, the dress was gorgeous and reasonably priced (I even got the dress on a 25% off sale!!).

With my general love of all things J Crew, I may be biased, but I was so very happy with my experience with J Crew to buy my wedding dress, I definitely recommend them.

LOVED GETTING MY BRIDESMAIDS SHOES HERE... VERY EASY SO THEY COULD EXCHANGE IF NECESSARY. Only problem was some people changed about 1.5 sizes as others were same size they normal wear... so very inconsistent... but I would definitely use them again.

We got our groomsmen suits and ties here and there were a hit. Great color, quality fabric and reasonable price. Was easy for the guys to get the same suits even though they were in different cities. They also offered great and fast tailoring for the grooms suit.

J Crew had exactly the dress i was looking for: long, flowy, simple yet romantic. I could not be happier with the dress I bought from J Crew- it was gorgeous, very well made, and exactly the right price (under $400)!! After being told that this dress did not exist by several wedding dress boutiques, I'm glad I found it at J Crew bridal shop in NYC. The woman who helped me also reccomended a couple ways to save money on the dress. Highly reccomend!!

In one word, they are amazing. J.Crew's wedding staff went above and beyond for me in every way. They found the last gown in the world available in my size and made sure that it was sent to me. They consulted with my bridesmaids, explaining fit, alterations, etc., which saved me worry and time. Basically, no matter the problem or concern, they solved it for me. I worked with Rhomaleta, but also talked with a few other people when she was out of the office and they were all amazing. I would recommend this over any other bridal salon or department store to every bride.

I purchased the Arabelle dress in white from the JCrew in Georgetown the day before the 2013 Inaugural Ball. Because of this event they had not made any appointments for the day and I was able to try on the dress immediately. And then it just so happened that someone had returned the exact dress in my size the day before. I walked out of the store with that dress and never looked back! The staff was amazing and so helpful even though they were extremely busy. Their dresses are very reasonable and SUPER comfortable for dancing!

To be fair, I ended up purchasing my dress from J Crew's website. But I love their website, their stores are nice and I don't think you can beat the price for the quality of the dresses from J Crew. I love their simple, elegant and classy designs! My dress needed very minor alterations and I can't wait to wear it on my big day! I can't say enough great things about JCrew. They helped me out big time with my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. All were on sale for unheard of prices, and their customer service was out of this world. One of my sisters thought she may become pregnant, so they let her order and keep three different size dresses for over six months all the way up until the day of the wedding. Each time we asked for anything they were there to help immediately - like when they price adjusted all of the dresses because one of my girls got hers on sale for less expensive. They always offered their consultation services but were never pushy. I am recommending them to every bride I know.

I would recommend Jcrew wedding gowns to anyone. They are affordable and very flattering. I had excellent customer service every time I called or went into the store. I lost over 40lbs before my wedding and went down 2 wholes dress sizes, and as long as I had not altered the dress I could EXCHANGE it for a smaller size rather than paying an insane amount of money to have it altered! The dress was shipped within 2 days! So glad I chose Jcrew!:)

I purchased my simple and elegant wedding gown from JCrew.com. It was an incredible deal, shipped very quickly, and fit right off the hanger. They come in quite long, so hemming is necessary. I would purchase from JCrew.com again and again for any occasion. I would recommend to brides for their gowns or for their bridesmaids gowns.

My dress was perfect for my outdoor venue wedding.
They have some extremely helpful customer service.
I almost had to do more alterations than needed since their size charts are different with different dresses but the wedding specialist helped.

Jessica, my personal shopper and bridal style guide was perfection. Smart, funny, and no fuss. Just like all JCrew Brides! It was so much fun - and quick! In and out of 3 gowns maximum and we walked away with our order placed and under budget...not to mention in a gown that was jaw dropping. Shopping on Michigan Avenue downtown is one of the most luxe and thrilling experiences, especially with service like at JCrew and from Jessica, who personally followed up closer to the event to be sure the dress was everything I wanted and more (still). J Crew has a line of wedding dresses and some are very reasonable. I am petite and a 'mature' bride so I didn't want a princess dress. I wanted something elegant and slink, classy, and sophisticated. I went online to see the dresses first, visited one of their stores where they have actual dresses to try on. Call to make an appt first or you won't get anywhere. But once you do, its easy. The dress I got fit everything I wanted and needed so little alteration. It fit like a glove and I was comfortable moving in it. Everyone loved the dress. The cost?
322.00 including tax!

My husband and I both got our attire at JCrew. I got an absolutely gorgeous Cecilia dress and he got a beautiful grey suit. We went to NYC to get the suit at the JCrew Suit Shop. The service was excellent. They bring you water as they show you the different suits and get a feel for what you want. The man who works the shop is clearly an expert in his field. He helped my husband get the right fit, told him what needed hemming and even pinned it up so he could see what it should look like. He also helped pick out all the little details like tie clip, pocket square, etc. He spent almost two hours with us and was very polite and professional. He even talked with me about what color suits would like nice with my dress (since it was off white). He made it an easy and fun experience for my husband who does not normally like shopping! The price for both the dress and suit was very reasonable. We are both teachers so we used our teaching discount to save a little extra on both the dress and suit. I was very happy with how everything looked and I would definitely recommend looking at JCrew for your wedding attire. They make quality clothing you will love!

I used JCrew for my wedding jewelry and I purchased my bridesmaid's as well. I had an issue finding an extra neckace for an additional bridesmaid, and the JCrew cutomer service was Amazing! Did I mention it was months later. They were able to track one down and had it shipped to me for free! In my experience with this company, my faith was restored in retail customer service! (The jewelry was amazing!)

I am very small and was worried about having to pay for alterations since very few bridal shops sell anything smaller than a 2. I ordered a 0 petite from the website and it fit PERFECTLY! I picked "dusty shale" as my bridesmaids dress color, and had the girls choose whichever dress style they liked the best. The color was so beautiful and the dresses fit each girl's style and body types wonderfully! I always wanted my bridesmaids in J.Crew. I love their Spiced Wine color, and most of their styles are fresh and rewearable - particularly the silk chiffon. Best of all, unless they're on backorder, there's no waiting for the dresses to come in. So it was perfect timing that they opened their Madison Avenue bridal salon when I was engaged.

We had to wait weeks for availability on a Sunday, because the store really isn't that large. It's a beautiful space with whimsical details and a relaxing atmosphere. For each dress style, there were samples in various sizes, so my bridesmaids could see exactly how the dress would fit, without having to be clipped in.

Ordering was done through the store, as opposed to the catalog or website. Still, my bridesmaids were able to get the Black Friday discount jcrew.com was running at the time.

I knew J.Crew was going to be a great experience. But they surpassed my expectations after one of my bridesmaids got pregnant (and could no longer fit in their dresses). They sold her the fabric so she could have a dress made from scratch.

I used J. Crew for my bridesmaid dresses. One of the Best decisions that I made!! I picked out two shades of grey, and my bridesmaids picked out their own dresses. The prices were wonderful!!! The customer service was outstanding!!! They were great about telling them how to measure and based on their measurements what size they were. I had a few friends who ordered several dresses and J Crew was great about returns even on final sale items. Some of my friends kept more than one dress, because they loved them so much. I made an appointment and went in with my mother during Christmas time no less and received excellent service.

Although I knew which dress I wanted she allowed me to (and pretty much recommended) try on almost every other dress. She was very patient and very honest. I like that. She was genuinely focused on me looking good rather than prioritizing the sale.

And even after all that, I wanted to sleep on it and she was not at all pushy and was even able to honor the discounted price for me when I call back after the weekend to purchase my dress.

After placing my order, my dress arrived VERY quickly.

I love my wedding dress from J. Crew. I had my eye on the Sascha gown before we were engaged! When I visited the Georgetown store for my appointment, they did not have a sample of the gown. I tried on other options and they helped put together something similar with a strapless gown and a regular floral sash for the waist. Even without trying it on, I knew it was perfect. I appreciate their help and would recommend them to any bride to be! By the way, if you work in a school, you can get a discount on their gowns, too.

The J.Crew in Georgetown was instrumental in finding my wedding gown. The bridal consultant, Kate, is a dream to work with and helped me to make an impossible decision between two gowns I had ordered online. (They have most gowns in store, but some are online only, so I ordered a bunch and returned the losers). She also helped my mother select the perfect MOB dress that same day. Her customer service is excellent and I would recommend working with her to anyone! As for J.Crew, their bridal selection is small enough to not overwhelm you, but vast enough to have something for every unique bride out there. The prices are amazing and the quality is unmatched. As far as flexibility goes, when my husband saw my first dress and was underwhelmed, they tossed their 60-day return policy out the window and helped me make an exchange. Wonderful experience overall!

J Crew is a great option for the laid back bride on a budget who wants a simple yet beautiful dress. I scheduled an appointment at the Georgetown location and went down to try on dresses with my best friend and my mom. The fitting room is small. There were no tight corsets or stages to stand on. But this is just what I wanted. I ordered the dress that day and it arrived in a week. It only needed one fitting and I would strongly suggest wearing spanx underneath. I picked the Hope gown and loved it. It was so comfortable and elegant at the same time. Liv was great to work with and she helped me order my bridesmaids dresses that day and get some of the last ones the store had. I was very pleased with my experience at J Crew and would highly recommend it.

I ordered my dress online when i first got engaged. The dress came to my house and I loved it. I left all the tags on it because I wasn't sure on the size.

I am glad I did because I lost weight and needed a smaller size. The dress had gone up in price but I was able to exchange it for a smaller size at the price I originally paid.

Since I live close to NY I had the new dress ship to their bridal store to try it on for more of the "wedding dress experience" They were so nice and took there time with me. The space is small but it got the job done.

The only downfall is that they don't do alterations. The price was fantastic and I am still getting rave compliments on my dress. it is timeless and that is what JCrew is.

I had the BEST experience with JCrew. My sister and I went to the Georgetown store for their Fall Trunk Show. It was a breeze and not at all stuffy or stifling, like I was so worried about. Going into this process the last thing I wanted was a salon full of middle aged women poking me and judging me. JCrew allowed me privacy, professionalism and attentiveness without being pushy. I bought a timeless gown from them online. I was unsure of what size to order so I contacted their specialists, who gave me the measurements for the dress I wanted. Normally I am a size 2 at J. Crew, but based on my largest measurement, my bust measurements, they recommended I purchase a size 6 dress, and get the rest tailored.

For the most part their recommendation was correct. The straps were long, so I still had to get the bust taken in and straps shortened. The length was almost perfect, and usually dresses and pants are too long for me. The waist had to be taken in a lot.

I went through them because I wanted something reasonably priced, that looked timeless, and hated trying on wedding dresses. the dress I bought was $350.00 and beautiful.

I ordered my dress from J. Crew online. Everyone around me was nervous that I hadn't actually tried on the dress before - but it was fine! the first dress I ordered was a little big, but not a size too big, so I just ordered the same size in a petite and when it came - it was perfect and didn't need any alterations! The first dress I ordered I was able to return to the J. Crew store near me and that way I didn't have to pay for shipping to get the dress back to them and my return was processed faster. All of the dresses are beautiful and the one I picked was perfect. I purchased both my wedding dress & bride's Maid dresses from JCrew. There was a problem in that they did not ship one of the bride's maid dresses because it sold out. I called the wedding customer service department regarding this problem. The person immediately began searching all stores & the warehouse for the dress. The store was very busy, but the saleswomen I spoke to was helpful and attentive. My bridesmaids got their dresses from JCrew, and their experience was excellent. The dresses were on sale, and they both wanted to try on different styles before deciding which one to wear. One ordered them through the mail, and the other tried them on in the store (they live across the country from each other, so it was great to work with a national company with lots of locations and high quality garments). I found a $100 dress online that was absolutely perfect for my lakeside wedding! The coordinators at J. Crew are so helpful over the phone and even helped me to pick out a dress for my 6 bridesmaids. I would highly recommend this company--their clothing is comfortable and well-made and their wedding attire is sophisticated and stunning!

I wanted a simple dress that really expressed who I was. Since I am not traditional by far I went with an Oasis Blue dress from their bridesmaid department. The fit and the comfort of this dress was amazing. I even called their customer service line because I had a few questions and they were so helpful!

I loved my dress and the special occasion coordinators provided me with swatches to give to my florist. I also got the bridesmaids' dresses to match. My dress was a great value, but the bridesmaids dresses were a little high. Nevertheless, everything was beautiful and perfect.

My beautiful ivory silk crepe wedding dress came from J Crew. They carry a line of simple dresses, with classic styles, each season, and it is also possible to purchase bridemaid gowns as well.

I found my wedding dress online at J.Crew. I bought 8 dresses from J.crew, and returned all the other ones that I didn't like for a full refund before I found the dress, and the fit, that I wanted.
It was a great experience. It was nice to have somewhere to go besides the local vendors here, who have all the same poofy dresses.

I was very lucky to find a dress on final sale for $75 down from $500. What made it even better was that I had been given a number of J.Crew gift certificates, so when I bought the dress, I only charged 94 cents to my credit card! I'm sure I was wearing the most inexpensive dress out of anyone at my wedding! What was even luckier was that it fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I was worried the dress would fall down since it was a strapless dress, but I didn't have to tug it up even once. Even though my wedding was over 6 months ago, I'm still getting compliments on the dress. It was very simple and elegant - pretty standard J.Crew.

I found my wedding gown on sale from J Crew last winter. It was $79.99 plus shipping, SIGNIFICANTLY marked down, and they happened to have it in close to my size. I added a sash from Ann Taylor Celebrations to match my bridesmaid dresses, had my own seamstress alter it and it was perfect.

I purchased my wedding dress from Jcrew. I was a little worried because i ordered it over the phone and did not try it on until i received it. Luckily it fit perfectly - however if i needed to return it they give you a 60 day return period which is great for a wedding dress! The dress was beautiful and customer service at Jcrew is fantastic!

Who would think of getting a tux at J.Crew? Everyone should! The selection was great, the staff knowledgeable, and the tailoring was done perfectly and right on time. Who knew?!

I was very happy with the simple, silk elegant dress from JCrew, and I'd highly recommend them for your dress needs. The only drawback was the inner construction of the bodice was a little bit lacking. Since the dress was under $450, I found it was a tremendous value, nonetheless.

I loved my dress. I actually ordered three dresses and finally found the right one. Returning to the company was easy with the exception of a slight fee. I was pleased with the quality and had to make very small alterations to make the dress perfect!

My fiance has purchased his tuxedo from J Crew and had a great experience with their customer service. He ordered the Ludlow tuxedo jacket in black Japanese seersucker. Our wedding will be in DE in October, so we wanted something comfortable and breathable, but still modern and dressy. This tux was perfect and exactly what he wanted. The pants he ordered, however, were much too short for him. So he called their customer service department who was able to give him the exact measurements of additional sizes to work together to find the best fit. The new pants arrived quickly and were perfect!! If you're looking for something affordable, but with a modern edge to it, J Crew's piece are definitely the way to go.

I ordered 2 wedding dresses online from JCrew and loved both of them. I finally chose the one I liked most and returned the other. They make the return process so simple, it's fantastic! I think I had something like 60 days to return it and I just put it back in the box, put the UPS stickers that came with it on the box and dropped it off. I love my dress, very good quality, very reasonably priced. Return policy was excellent!

I was amazing by the customer service at j. Crew wedding. I am the maid of honner and the bride ordered my dress from final sale on j crew and when I got it the dress was beautifully made but just about the worst style possible for my body type to the point where it refused to stay up. Even though it was final sale I figured that it would hurt to ask if there was something to be done and I fully expected that nothing would be possible.
On the contrary, even though it was final sale I got an immediate responce to my email to call Vanessa and she would work something out. When I called not only did she arrange for me to return the dress she looked up specific measurment on the other dresses that fit the brides request and found the one that would work for my body. The dress we landed on happened to be a lot more that the one I was returning but she found every discount she could and made the price much closer to original dress.
They diffeinatly went above and beyond in terms of service and save me a rediculous amount of stress. They were also able to arange things such that the amount that I had to worry the bride about it was just about zero.

Found my dress as well as my attendants' dresses at JCrew. We went to the store in Chicago to see the dresses in person but I actually ordered mine sight-unseen. They don't offer any discounts in the stores but you can use the online promo codes to get discounts and return to any store if need be (be sure to clarify if you are buying something on clearance though). I also got a fabric swatch and other ideas from their online stylists for free! I got tons of compliments about all our dresses and really loved them in pictures.
