I came to Kamaal not knowing what I wanted and no formal wear in my wardrobe. He's very easy to work with, gives great guidance while letting you pick what you want. Very flexible both with your budget and working around your schedule which is huge. Plus everything came out better than I ever would have expected. I'd definitely recommend going to Kamaal over some of the larger chain-ish custom places because I think his experience is far more valuable

Dedicated to their craft, Kamaal was willing to store my tuxedo for over year because of COVID and my absence from the city, then was willing to refit my tux after measurement changes after being gone for such a long time. Kamaal made my wedding tuxedo (emerald green velvet jacket with tuxedo trouser and shirt) and I genuinely felt like Superman in it. His process was very easy and his communication was extremely clear in terms of timelines and expectations. I am a full believer in you get what you pay for and this tuxedo knocked it out of the park.
