Couples can also expect these coordinators to professionally execute the setup, unique design, and take down of their reception. Production of even the finest details
I loved planning my wedding. Feeling creative and inspired I involved one million little details ~ and Ivory Day pulled everything together perfectly. We rented Camp Namanu and had a whole weekend of summer camp activities. Ivory day not only helped us coordinate our wedding of 300 guests, but also helped us organize 100 overnight guests The camp provided no linens or food and therefore we basically ran a bed and breakfast. I don’t think anyone could have taken on such an event, having a background in production made me confident they could handle just about any problem that arose. Our wedding went off without a hitch, or at least Kayla never let on any drama ;) Don't hesitate to get Ivory Day on your team

So grateful for Ivory Day.
We could not have asked for better day-of coordinators. I was so impressed by the questions they asked ahead of time; things that had never (and would never) occur to me. The relationship was seamless. I was able to make creative decisions and they ensured my choices could come to life in a practical way. They understood the look and feel I was going for, they made sure guests felt comfortable and cared for, and they kept us on track with ease. The ceremony was smooth, the reception was a total blast. I really could not have pulled it off without them. If you're looking for coordinators with great taste and a real sense of what makes a wedding day special, choose Ivory Day. We honestly had zero hiccups and I could not be more grateful.

Having Ivory day for my wedding planning was only second to my groom!
We all have a dream for how our wedding will look. I had no idea the complexity of putting that all together. And to be honest, I'm not a planner! I know that without Ivory day the wedding of my dreams would not have happened. Every little detail was covered and having someone the day of left me to do nothing but wake up relax with my girls and be pampered for my big day. Not a single call or text with questions or concerns. It even rained the morning of my wedding and I wasn't worried because I knew I had Kayla in my corner. Having a wedding coordinator is something I believe to be a must and these gals are budget-friendly and incredible at what they do. Would recommend to anyone and everyone again and again.

Experienced, organized and fun!!
Kayla was the perfect wedding coordinator for us. She has great experience in event coordination. She is extremely organized and prompt in all communications with vendors. She is also fun to work with and friendly. I would definitely recommend using ivory day for your wedding coordination.

Smoothest day ever!
Kayla and Candice were amazing helps leading up to and the day of our wedding. Looking back, I am SO glad we hired them because I could not have done without. They made sure everything went smoothly both behind the scenes and directly with Ryan & myself. Even as we were running out of time for golden hour photos, Kayla kept her cool and let us know how to handle everything without me - or my photographer - freaking out. They took my vision for the day and applied everything beautifully. Couldn't be happier with hiring them and how everything came together!
