As a wedding coordinator, I work at a lot of venues and Indian Wells Country Club was one of my favorite. Not only is it a beautiful venue, but is managed really well. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Hayley, the site coordinator, was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. She was clear about what was viable at the venue. She kept great notes, and made sure the client and myself had the most updated version. When it came time, she worked through me as the coordinator so that the Bride & Groom weren't getting overwhelmed with questions coming from all sides. Because they didn't have a wedding the day before my client's event, the venue extremely flexible with rental delivery times, as well as the rehearsal time. Additionally, the venue set up all the tables, chairs, and linens the day before, and allowed me to setup other items like the guestbook table, guest favors, and escort cards. This is such a lifesaver in my world! So much less stress on the day of the event! Indian Wells Country Club was beyond generous about this, which allowed my clients to save money! This is not something all venues would do - thank you Indian Wells Country Club. On the day of the event, Hayley and her team were so helpful. They went above and beyond what was required of them to make sure everything ran smoothly. I am pretty particular about the look of the room, and when I asked them to change some nit-picky things, they did so without batting an eye. Hayley and her team are amazing - I have no hesitations suggesting Indian Wells Country Club!

Absolutely beautiful place to have an event, nestled up against the mountains. The staff is wonderful to work with and very professional. It's a joy to film events at Indian Wells Country Club.
