Going into our wedding, Incognito had been my favorite company to work with based on previous experience renting and buying suits/tuxes.

Working with them to get tuxes for our bridal party was no exception, Nancy was our point of contact throughout the process and she was responsive and helpful and made sure things got ordered and delivered in time. I definitely recommend them for renting or buying suits/tuxes.

We did not want to go with a big chain like Men's Wearhouse after hearing horror stories. I'm so glad we went with Incognito! The appointment was easy and the associates are very helpful. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped in there, I felt at home. They are so friendly, knowledge, and professional. The prices are great! I would recommend them to anyone getting married or just needing a suit!!

First of all, my husband and his groomsman look SO handsome on our wedding day! My husband, his groomsman and both of our Dads are very thin and slender so it was very important to us that we got tuxes that fit the guys and looked like they were made for them. That is exactly what we got. Nancy is a expert in menswear and ensured that the guys looked like they had perfectly tailored looks for the day. Then on the day of the wedding my father in laws pants broke at the church! My husband called the shop, managed to get a hold of Nancy who arraigned to have someone DELIVER the pants TO THE CHURCH within 30 minutes! I did not hear this story until the next day and could not believe that she did that for us. What amazing customer service, Nancy and the crew at Incognito saved the day! Thank you!

I would not recommend Incognito’s, not due to there suits but because of their customer service. Weddings are stressful and the most stressful part of my wedding was working with them. I would call and inquire multiple times about the suits and would never get a response and would have to follow up on my calls. We were told the suits would come in 3-4 weeks and then another month after we called at 6 weeks from the order. Come to find out the suits were in the basement in a box the whole time. I felt like no one communicated there. Also, I got excuses why we weren’t any priority because of prom season. I was truly disappointed. The suits were great and Nancy made things right in the end but I wish that customer service was there from the start.

Horrible responsiveness and service from owner and staff. Contacted several times to follow up on a large wedding party with minimal response and poor feedback. Did not seem to care at all about customer service. A few of the staff members were great however.
