I can say with confidence, that Cara's design and creative ability have blown me out of the water. The beauty of her cakes is only matched by the deliciousness of what's underneath the design. I highly recommend her "Florida Citrus" which is my new favorite sweet treat! Highly recommend!

Cara was amazing to work with! I wanted to surprise my groom with an Imperial Star Destroyer Groom’s Cake. I sent her a picture of what I was looking for and she did a fantastic job creating it for our big day! I had planned one location for it to be delivered for our rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately, the rehearsal dinner location did not work out and Cara was wonderfully flexible about working with me to get it to our new location. Not only did the cake look fantastic, but my husband loved it more than any of our other desserts!!! It was a huge hit amongst our guests as well! Cannot say enough nice things! Perfect from start to finish. Unique and delicious! Cara with In Love and Food is A master of her craft. Her attention to detail is perfect. She was great to work with, professional, very responsive and produced a high-quality product. We told her what we would like for the grooms cake and it was perfect. And the wedding cake was just as perfect. When we did our cake tasting it was so hard to pick which one we liked because they were all delicious. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and will be using her for events in the future.

There truly are not enough positive words in the English language to describe Cara and her cake business! She was truly a blessing to us, perfect to work with and her cakes are AMAZING! My husband met Cara and her mom at a bridal show and told me that I needed to call them, so I did. Cara came to our house, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, to give us samples of cakes not just for my husband and I but also for our two children. She really made us all feel special and listened to all of our wants. My husband's mother wanted to make cupcakes for the wedding and Cara was very understanding of that. We decided to go with the 'M' cake for our rehearsal dinner cake, which ended up being a trick on my husband (He is a Michigan fan but I am an Ohio State fan so the inside was red!) We went with a 2 tier cake for us to cut at the reception and to keep for our 1 year anniversary. We did not need to do any special with our layer that we saved for the anniversary and it was still as delicious as if we were eating it on our wedding night, no joke! I was surprised but Cara's cakes really are that AMAZING, even a year later! Our wedding date was 9-17-2018, just one week after Hurricane Irma hit. Our reception was held at Germain Arena, which opened as a public shelter on 9-9-2018, storm hit on 9-10-2018 and they closed the shelter on 9-13-2018. Even through a HURRICANE, Cara was still very willing to work with us and deliver our cakes to us! We had to change our rehearsal dinner venue from a Naples restaurant back to the arena and she was very accommodating! In addition, we needed our rehearsal cake to be gluten free and that wasn't even an issue and all of our guests loved it! All of our samples were gluten free as well and I can't tell you much Cara made our dietary needs not a hindrance at all! She is easy to work with, genuine, funny, charismatic, and kind. The fact that she can bake a delicious cake, decorate it beautifully, and be awesome to work with, make choosing In Love and Food a win
