I went shopping for my dress yesterday and got stuck between two different dresses. I ended up picking the dress I thought I wanted but then went back the next day to pick the one I just could not stop thinking about. Gabby was my consultant and she made me feel so comfortable in the dressing room and really helped me navigate to find my dream dress. She was so patient and so kind to my entourage and that’s all I could ask for! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

I will be forever grateful to Elise and her manager Rachel for their effort, understanding and knowledge they provided when I visited Impression Bridal. I am from Austin and drove to San Antonio twice on separate weekends to be helped by Elise. I went to 4 local shops and then 3 in San Antonio and NOTHING beats the environment/vibe of this shop. It felt like such a lux experience (the lightning, private try on areas, robes provided) without the uppity snobs who decided what dress fit your body type instead of the dress you desire. Elise listened, grabbed a style I saw online and then made some suggestions. She was informative but never pushy or made me feel rushed. I was hooked on the last dress I tried that had everything on my Wish List (and more!) but it was Slightly over budget. I left that first visit thinking "ok, thats the dress to beat" however nothing did. I came crawling back to Elise hoping she can work her magic and find something under budget- and she did! A gorgeous alternative. Thats when Rachel came in and really helped create a custom dress in mind that would work under budget. She was fabulous and my best friend and I were having a good time envisioning her creation. However, I tried on The Dress once more and that spaghetti strap runner up dress couldn't even compare. EVERYONE knew it was THE ONE . There was nothing to adjust. It was unique and gorgeous and cry worthy (which I did) and I said Yes, ofcourse this is the one. I could literally wear a garbage bag over my head and still feel beautiful. I was told it was a newer design and honestly loved every intricate detail. They reassured me to pick a dress that was Me and both women agreed this was Extra but Me in the best way possible. I felt heard, seen and most importantly beautiful. Elise and Rachel worked their magic and I was able to get my dream dress within my budget- I was so relieved! THIS is the bridal shop you need to visit. They deserve your time and coin. I cannot wait to shock each of my wedding guests with this dress and its all thanks to Impression, Rachel and Elise.

HUGE S/O to Sheri for making my wedding dress dreams come true! I had ordered a wedding dress from another salon about 9 months before my wedding. Two WEEKS before my wedding, I realized that that dress was not going to work, and we went to Impressions Bridal. We called ahead to let them know we were coming, and when we arrived they had dresses picked out to fit my style. Sheri was so understanding and determined to help me find my perfect dress even though my wedding was in 2 weeks. The one I ended up with was absolutely stunning and a one of a kind dress. Had the best time!!! Michelle was AMAZING! I didn't think I was going to be excited about dress hunting after two disappointing visits with other well known bridal stores. I showed up 2 hours early the day of my appointment and with no hesitation, she got me started. Her professionalism, patience and kindness made me realize that I was no longer dress hunting because my dream was actually coming true, I found my perfect dress!

I used Impression Bridal for my bridesmaid's dresses. I had no idea the shop was even there, I just stumbled upon it when I was doing a Google search, but I'm super grateful I did. I went with a few of my bridesmaids to a couple of different shops before going here and we had the best experience here. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I had several out of town bridesmaids and it was easy for them to get measured and call the shop to place the order; it took about 2 months for the dresses to come in as they were special order but when they did they were absolutely gorgeous. They turned out even better than expected. Thank you Michelle for being so great and for making the process easy and less stressful! I'll definitely recommend Impression Bridal for bridesmaid dresses as well as bridal gowns.

I visited Impression Bridal 4 years ago as a bridesmaid for my brothers wedding and thought to myself when I get married I'm definitely coming here to look for my dress. Three and a half years later I was back! I was fortunate enought to have Liz as my stylist, she no longer works there :( She was beyond amazing helping me say "YES to the dress". Her input was everything, after all shes the expert. I told her my budget and she worked her magic pulled a Simone Carvalli dress from the back, not anything that was on the rack yet, and let me try it on. I put it on and immidiately tears filled my eyes, both mom's and Liz's eyes. Six months after the dress was ordered I went to pick it up, Liz was no longer there but the other associates were nothing less than my great like first experience with Liz. Need a dress? I started looking for my dress 1 month before my wedding, not everyone was very happy, but when I went to Impressions they were excited to help. They were very nice and my dress was in 1 week before my wedding. My dress was the most beautiful dress I could have ever dreamed of, I love it, I got many compliments. I recommend them 100 percent!
