I went shopping for my dress yesterday and got stuck between two different dresses. I ended up picking the dress I thought I wanted but then went back the next day to pick the one I just could not stop thinking about. Gabby was my consultant and she made me feel so comfortable in the dressing room and really helped me navigate to find my dream dress. She was so patient and so kind to my entourage and that’s all I could ask for! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience! -

HUGE S/O to Sheri for making my wedding dress dreams come true! I had ordered a wedding dress from another salon about 9 months before my wedding. Two WEEKS before my wedding, I realized that that dress was not going to work, and we went to Impressions Bridal. We called ahead to let them know we were coming, and when we arrived they had dresses picked out to fit my style. Sheri was so understanding and determined to help me find my perfect dress even though my wedding was in 2 weeks. The one I ended up with was absolutely stunning and a one of a kind dress. Thank you to Sheri and Impressions!! -

Veronica Sent on 08/23/2016Had the best time!!! Michelle was AMAZING! I didn't think I was going to be excited about dress hunting after two disappointing visits with other well known bridal stores. I showed up 2 hours early the day of my appointment and with no hesitation, she got me started. Her professionalism, patience and kindness made me realize that I was no longer dress hunting because my dream was actually coming true, I found my perfect dress!

Katie Sent on 05/13/2016I used Impression Bridal for my bridesmaid's dresses. I had no idea the shop was even there, I just stumbled upon it when I was doing a Google search, but I'm super grateful I did. I went with a few of my bridesmaids to a couple of different shops before going here and we had the best experience here. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I had several out of town bridesmaids and it was easy for them to get measured and call the shop to place the order; it took about 2 months for the dresses to come in as they were special order but when they did they were absolutely gorgeous. They turned out even better than expected. Thank you Michelle for being so great and for making the process easy and less stressful! I'll definitely recommend Impression Bridal for bridesmaid dresses as well as bridal gowns. -

My wedding dress was absolutely stunning. Leslie helped me throughout the process of finding my dream dress on the budget I had and she was a joy to work wiith. The store carries a wide variety to choose from. The entire team was welcoming and hands on making sure I was satisfied all through. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. -

I put a deposit down for a dress then had to change my wedding date to a hot month and wanted to change my dress. I called several times and they never returned my calls. So unprofessional. -

Jules Sent on 03/12/2017My name is Christina Alaniz. I'm writing this on behalf of my bride Ana, myself, and her bridesmaid need you to be aware of our dissatisfaction. She just recently purchased her gown from yall and she is very excited for it to come in. During our first appt at your San Antonio store our consultant Mary Hellums was okay. She had bit of a prickly personality at times. Multiple times we would ask a question and it was met with a sharp prickly answer. No charm or warmth in her conversation skills.
We set another appointment for a later date for 2 bridesmaids dresses and 1 maid of honor dress. We ended up getting Mary again ( we did not request her) and even tho we didn't like per personality from last time we all just went with it because we wanted to take advantage of the %15 off the bridal party gowns.
1st When we got there Mary forgot Ana even purchased a gown from her just a couple weeks ago. (Didn't make the bride feel like a valued and returning customer)
2nd Mary kept trying to shove color samples in our faces when we already told her we had a sample dress we needed her to try to match the color. It felt like she wasn't listening to Ana at all. When we started talking about colors we couldn't find a coral shade that matched the coral Ana liked at Davids Bridal so we all reluctantly decided to look into Tiffany Blue instead.
3rd We almost couldn't even try the tiffany blue gowns at first because Mary said they"did not have any sample sizes larger than what was on the racks" Which went up to only size 16 even tho impression Bridal advertises size 2-30. One of the bridesmaids is a side 20-22. Although it was uncomfortable she attempted to put the 16 on. Of course it didn't fit. I (Christina Alaniz) expressed to Mary that we thought it was ridiculous Impression Bridal sales size 2-30 yet didn't have any sample sizes above 16 and that we were going to leave. All of a sudden Mary leaves and comes back with 4 gowns in size 20+ and one
