These guys were AWESOME to work with. My wedding venue fell through at the last minute, and they were extremely flexible to work with me at another location that was even further away. They were very quick to get back to me on any questions. They had pictures from the wedding up for me to download within 48 hours. I had my printed wedding album about 6 weeks after the wedding! They were friendly, and extremely helpful. My family LOVED working with them. They even helped us pick up trash that got left at our ceremony site. They are far and above the best photographers I have ever worked with. I was so happy that they could shoot my wedding. Go with these guys, and you will be thankful for years to come. I cannot say enough about Ryan and Heather from Ideal Impressions. I had it in my head from the moment that I met Ryan that I needed to have him take my wedding pictures! He was so customer service focused in our meeting he just won me and my mother over! From engagement pictures to our very amazing day he was GREAT! He helped with working out the time line and moved things around so that in the end I basically got more hours then he had to give me! Heather was just amazing! Guests commented on how sweet and nice she was to them while taking pictures throughout the day. I opted for the wedding album package and I am not disappointed, it is amazing!!! Thank you Ideal Impressions and especially Ryan and Heather for helping make our day one for the picture book :)

My new husband Ken and I are so happy we went with this company for our wedding photographers! Scottie and Joel were amazingly fun to work with and so creative! You can tell they really take what they do seriously and love it just as much. They made me feel so at ease and so happy on one of the most stressfull and exciting days of my life. My husband and the bridal party loved their energy and professionalism. You honestly felt like your friends were hanging with you all day. They made sure we were all having fun the whole night long and at the end of it all...we have some of the most beautiful pictures and the the most wonderful video that Scottie put together for us! I honestly could not be happier with these amazing guys. I would recommend them to any bride and groom who want to have that perfect wedding day.

I can't say enough good things about Scottie and his team. They did a phenomenal job shooting my wedding yesterday, and the photos were already emailed to me THIS MORNING! Scottie will do whatever it takes to get a good shot. He literally got into the lake fully clothed to get a good dock picture. And he helped keep everyone calm and happy (especially me during some minor meltdowns) by lightening the mood with humor. I have so many beautiful memories because of Scottie and his team that I will cherish forever.

Ryan and his crew with Ideal Impressions just did my wedding on 8/21/20 at the Bog in Saukville, WI and did an absolutely incredible job. They were all such a pleasure to work with. We had a wedding party of 17 adults and 15 kids and they managed get incredible photos of everyone. I also wanted pictures with my extended family and they were so patient and made sure to get all the photos we wanted. We cannot thank you enough for capturing these very special moments that will cherish forever!!! Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I got married last summer. We chose Ideal Impressions and received Brooke as our photographer. We could not have been more pleased. Brooke used our input and her years of experience to commemorate our big day and meet all our expectations. Not only did she know how to use the venue to get the best shots she also knew of special areas close by to really set a special tone. Another thing that both my husband and I found important was that although Brooke and her helper got every shot we had hoped for she also was not intrusive to the experience itself. Finally at one point our DJ was having trouble with his equipment which caused us to delay some events in the wedding that we wanted captured and Brooke stayed past her designated time at no charge for us. Thank you to Ideal Impressions and Brooke for helping make our wedding fantastic!

We worked with Brook Cervenka for our engagement session and her and two other photographers (their names are escaping me right now and I feel terrible about that because they were awesome!) for our wedding and I can't say enough wonderful things. Brook was so personable and wonderful to work with. She immediately put us totally at ease and got so many great shots because we were constantly laughing and smiling. She was so easy to email, call, text, whatever. She was honestly INCREDIBLE on the wedding day. She and the other photographers just did their own thing while we got ready and we barely noticed them. She caught every little detail (even me and a bridesmaid brushing our teeth very carefully after having our makeup done- whoops! It's one of my favorite photos though). They just took my dress and rings, accessories, etc outside and got so many cool shots while we were getting hair and makeup done. Looking back I was shocked they did so much without me even realizing! Brook even helped button up my dress when we were running late, which I was so grateful for. Every time I looked at her with nervousness about the time she just said "we're fine! it's all fine! we're going to be fine!" She really put me at ease. If I could make a recommendation I would say plan for way more time than you think you'll need because you will want as many of these fantastic photos as you can get! We wish we could have afforded to keep them there longer. It is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for and you own the rights to the photos afterwards which is honestly priceless. My other recommendation would be to pay the extra money and get the photo fusion video. It's my favorite thing we did because it captures the best photos and video snipets of our precious day and we got to see it THAT NIGHT right after dinner! It totally gives you the whole feeling of the day and you get to set it to music of your choice. So awesome! Thanks Brook!

Ideal Impressions Photography is an outstanding company! Their quality and professionalism is unmatched by anyone else. I was very impressed by how organized and quick they were. It seemed like every picture they took was absolutely stunning. Bottom line is that you could go cheap and hire anybody and their uncle with a fancy pants camera but you'll never get the professional service and quality images that Ideal Impressions can give you and when it comes to the one special wedding day, It only makes sense to hire Ideal Impressions to take care of the capturing it so you don't have to worry about it.
