We're Your Wedding Planner DJ! We offer the peace of mind you've been looking for!

Ideal Entertainment LLC (Formerly Memories in Motion Event Services) is a Tampa Bay based company that has provided multiple services for over 900 events since 2011. We pride ourselves on being an expert in the wedding industry, and our goal is always to provide the best possible experience for our couples.

What sets us apart is our unique experience as a DJ/Coordinator combo. We work very closely with the coordinator if you have one, but if hiring a hands-on coordinator is not in your plans, then we offer peace of mind that most DJ's either can't or won't provide. In the absence of a coordinator, the DJ is always expected to provide leadership and guidance for your vendors, family, guests, and yourselves, because someone will always need to be in charge and keep everything flowing smoothly throughout the wedding day. Unfortunately, this can lead to chaos and disarray if you hire the wrong person to be your visual and vocal representative on one of the most important days of your life.

Our DJ service offers simplified flat rate pricing for up to 6 hours of service time, which includes everything you'll need from your DJ from start to finish!

We also provide a very unique Wedding Day Management Service as an add-on to our DJ packages for DIY couples. We’ll help create and manage your event timeline, we’ll work closely with you, your vendors, bridal party, family members & your guests, and we'll manage the flow of the ceremony and reception so your special day runs smoothly! We'll even attend and manage your rehearsal if we're available. We work very closely with professional planners, but we're also the perfect DJ for anyone that either doesn't have a planner, or is working with a planner/decorator that likes to work behind the scenes.
