My only regret is that we didn't get more cupcakes for ourselves for after the wedding. We had 3 different flavors (chocolate, red velvet (the favorite), and vanilla). Not only did they deliver our cupcakes, they also set them up on a stand that we provided. Now every time we visit Sacramento we get cupcakes.

Excellent cupcakes! We chose so many different flavors because we couldn't decide which ones were best. And of course, they were 3/4 gone before we even got to the cake table to cut our own!! Thanks Icing on the Cupcake!!

What can I say but YUM, YUM, YUM... Loved the cupcakes for the wedding, simply delicious! Icing on the Cupcake was a great alternative for traditional wedding cake and the employees (which I spoke with probably 3 confirming my order) were all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately they did not have a cupcake stand to rent (so I had to make my own :() But other than that overall great experience.

We had mini pumpkin pies and cupcakes for our wedding guests since I'm a pie person and my husband is a cake person. A bit too much icing on the cupcakes, literally, but the cake was moist and delicious. The pies were average in taste. We didn't request any special decorations, though so I don't know how accommodating they would be had we been seeking something more unique than our simple concept. The desserts were ready on time and we picked them up from the shop to have our caterer and florist arrange them on the dessert table.

2 months later and our guests are still raving about the cupcakes at our wedding!It is so funny because in so many photos from the wedding people are double fistin cupcakes - they couldn't get enough & wanted to try every flavor.

The girls at Icing on the Cupcake were easy to work with and very nice. They made it a super easy process!
They have comparable prices and super good prices on their delivery! We were very pleased :)

I love cupcakes and I have always been a fan of Icing on the Cupcake. I stopped by on the way home from Sierra and asked about cupcakes for weddings. The girl behind the counter must have been new because she had no idea what to do. She did not even congradulate me on my upcoming wedding, which I thought was very unproffesional of her. I came back another day and spoke with someone who knew what to do. I then had to come back a third time to sit down and make my wedding order. I am not mad, but I think they should have given me a free cupcake for my trouble or something. But the cupcakes for the wedding were really perfect and all the guests were happy. I was happy! The cupcakes are the best tasting, even better than homemade. Cupcakes are the perfect size for guests and you can get many different flavors. Cupcakes for the win. I would recommend icing on the cupcakes to friends, but that girl at the front counter was bad for business.

I'm an Icing on the Cupcake fanatic, so when it came time to choosing my wedding, I knew exactly what I wanted! They will make any flavor (even seasonal) as long as you buy at least 1 dozen of that flavor. They also offer different colors of frosting, decorations, sprinkles, etc. to customize for your big day. If ordering at least 8 dozen they offer 15% discount, and at least 10 dozen 20% discount. This is a great value, and they taste way better than your typical wedding cake. I suggest ordering a variety of flavors so your guests can choose their favorite. They also offer free delivery within 25 miles for orders over $100. Only downside is you will need to provide your own cake stands or cupcake tower. I was able to purchase a 7 tier cupcake tower on ebay for less than $40, so not a big deal.

The new owners came in and removed many of the best cupcakes. I was a weekly Sunday customer just to get my favorite cupcake - the Snowball. I have spent the last 4 weeks requesting they bring it back to no avail. Now they have lost my business. Only way I ever return is if they bring that cupcake back!
