Pia did a wonderful job as our officiant on our big day. She customized the ceremony beautifully blending the two different cultures. We really appreciated the small details that she picked up from our conversations to make the ceremony personal and meaningful to us and our families! She was easy to work with, patient and responsive to any questions we had in the process of planning the ceremony.

Pia was a great day-of wedding coordinator and a pleasure to work with for my wedding at the William Paca House & Garden in September of 2025. From our very first call, we felt like we already knew her and immediately trusted her support and coordination with our special day. She was kind, patient, and always willing to answer questions, even months before the wedding. On the wedding day, she ensured everything ran smoothly, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and guidance throughout the entire process.

I keep telling people the first thing you should book for your wedding is Pia. She was our officiant and day-of coordinator, but she was so much more. She was also our sanity! On the day I saw her bartending, helping the caterers, florists, setting up, and taking care of a thousand emergencies that I am sure I will never know about. I was panicking about all the vendors asking me questions, and she said, "Tell them 'Talk to Pia.'" She is so much more than a month/day coordinator; it really was like planning with a friend. She called us to talk about how our relationship started and had a list of meaningful, thought-provoking questions and created a really touching ceremony that I will never forget. She also has a therapy background, necessary for dealing with insane family members. She was the best money we ever spent, and it wouldn't have happened without her.

My daughter and her brand new husband called me and my husband the day after their wedding, they had sworn to see and speak to no one and to rest together on this particular day, so we were delighted to hear from them! They told me friends had warned them that the wedding day may be stressful, and that it’s not about the wedding but about the lifelong love and marriage. True, but they were both laughing as they told us thank you and that their wedding day was, quite literally, the best day of their lives! You could feel them beaming through the phone! I felt an overwhelming feeling of joy and gratitude!
Thanks to Pia even I, mother of the bride, can say that our daughter’s wedding day was one of the best days of my life. (I hear this is not as common)
Pia worked seamlessly behind the scenes in the weeks prior clarifying and handling large and small details. She was familiar with vendors and worked with them professionally, so that we didn’t have to worry about one detail! I am so grateful that she was there day of to handle major and minute details that would have otherwise been delegated to family and friends! She was so honest and insightful with advice, we knew to listen! I can truly say that her efforts and expertise led to each of us being able to stay present in each moment and we will cherish the day forever!

I cannot say enough about Pia as your Wedding Day Coordinator for your Big Day! As the Mother of the Bride, I did a courthouse wedding and honestly thought this is just extra unnecessary fluff spending. Boy was I wrong! Pia was responsible, professional, and personable. She arrived the day before like a breath of fresh air in the midst of our set-up madness. She was calm and collected, reminding us that she's got this under control and encouraged us to go home, relax and enjoy each other. My daughter gave her a binder of instructions and off we went. The day of the wedding while we were doing hair, make-up, First Look photos followed by ceremony at another location, Pia was setting up the reception area with every detail in mind. She even faced down framed photos when wind blew threw tent area. She made sure the mic was ready to go for my Mother of the Bride speech. She checked on Bride, Groom, and parents throughout the evening making sure we had our favorite drinks in hand and even brought us our dinner plates to make sure we ate as we were so distracted with engaging conversations. My daughter paid for this extra addition to her wedding day and made a comment that Pia was reasonably priced and over-delivered. Even grandma Oma from Germany was impressed and that's hard to do! I highly recommend Pia as your Wedding Day Coordinator so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime event. She is worth every penny! Watching the smile on our daughter's face is all the evidence you need.

Pia was the absolute best. We couldn’t ask for a better wedding! We were looking for an officiant and chose Pia to be our officiant and our coordinator, which is an amazing package deal! She checked all of our boxes and more. She is very professional and incredibly hard working both leading up to the event as well as the day of. She got in touch with all of our different vendors and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Pia was also incredibly personal. We spent over an hour on the phone with her talking about our relationship and our ideas for the wedding. During our ceremony, Pia gave an incredible heartfelt speech/introduction before marrying us which touched on many aspects of our relationship. We would highly recommend Pia!!

We did not want a cookie-cutter ceremony, and she made it clear that that is NOT what she does - we spent an hour on the phone with her planning, where she really got to know us and our story. The ceremony that she delivered made it clear that she listened and spent time personalizing every part. She also walked us through the process of the paperwork (the less fun part) and made sure everything was handled and all our questions answered.
