Selecting Annapolis Wedding Chapel as the officiant for our wedding at Quiet Waters Park was the *best vendor decision* we made of our entire wedding. Loveta, who runs the place, and Laura, who was our officiant, are kind people who know their stuff. They have a wealth of knowledge that they are not shy about sharing with you, and this really helped us to plan things out perfectly. The most amazing thing to us was that, while we had only just met them and had maybe 90 minutes at most talking to them and answering questions, they developed the most beautiful, personal ceremony for us. This was driven home when, a few weeks after our wedding, we attended another couple's wedding. Their ceremony could've been used on any other couple and you wouldn't have known the difference. We also attended two more weddings this summer and both had a friend or family member do the ceremony. Loveta and Laura's ceremony was *just as personal* as these friends and family members. Our guests even commented on how surprised they were at the beautiful ceremony and asked if we knew Laura!! I can't recommend Loveta and Laura enough! Captain Marty was a recommended officiant by our venue and we decided to go with him! He got back to me within 24 hours. His price is at the lower end of the price range for officiant services. He will conduct a ceremony where and whenever, AND he will wear whatever you want! He has even dressed as Elvis! He sent customizable wedding vow templates to choose from and make our own. He stayed throughout our entire wedding, mingled with our family and friends, and danced the night away!

Patrick married us at the Tidewater, and we couldn’t have been happier. It was a bit short notice (someone who shall remain nameless and whom I’m now married to, ha!) waited until a month before our wedding to find an officiant. You’d think a pastor would know better, but I digress. From the start, Patrick was professional, thoughtful, and kind. He took the time to get to know us and beautifully wove our story into the ceremony, making it feel personal and heartfelt. On the big day, he handled everything with ease and warmth, keeping the ceremony flowing perfectly and taking care of all the details, including efficiently returning our signed marriage certificate to the court. If you’re looking for an officiant who doesn’t just go through the motions but truly puts his heart into what he does, we wholeheartedly recommend Patrick.
