Hello and welcome to my WeddingWire page!! My name is Kelly Sniffen and I own and operate Kelly Sniffen Officiates. I am based in Baltimore, Maryland and travel throughout Maryland, D.C. and neighboring states to Officiate your wedding or elopement!
I became a Minister through American Marriage Ministries in 2018 and Universal Life Church in 2021 and have officiated fifteen wedding ceremonies as of late.
