Hello, and welcome to my WeddingWire page!! My name is Kelly Sniffen, and I own and operate Kelly Sniffen Officiates. I am based in Baltimore, Maryland, and travel throughout Maryland, D.C., and neighboring states to Officiate your wedding or elopement!
I became a Minister through American Marriage Ministries in 2018 and Universal Life Church in 2021 and have officiated fifteen wedding ceremonies recently. I Officiate both non-religious and religious ceremonies. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested in learning more about me and my process!
