I cannot say enough about Pia as your Wedding Day Coordinator for your Big Day! As the Mother of the Bride, I did a courthouse wedding and honestly thought this is just extra unnecessary fluff spending. Boy was I wrong! Pia was responsible, professional, and personable. She arrived the day before like a breath of fresh air in the midst of our set-up madness. She was calm and collected, reminding us that she's got this under control and encouraged us to go home, relax and enjoy each other. My daughter gave her a binder of instructions and off we went. The day of the wedding while we were doing hair, make-up, First Look photos followed by ceremony at another location, Pia was setting up the reception area with every detail in mind. She even faced down framed photos when wind blew threw tent area. She made sure the mic was ready to go for my Mother of the Bride speech. She checked on Bride, Groom, and parents throughout the evening making sure we had our favorite drinks in hand and even brought us our dinner plates to make sure we ate as we were so distracted with engaging conversations. My daughter paid for this extra addition to her wedding day and made a comment that Pia was reasonably priced and over-delivered. Even grandma Oma from Germany was impressed and that's hard to do! I highly recommend Pia as your Wedding Day Coordinator so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime event. She is worth every penny! Watching the smile on our daughter's face is all the evidence you need. -

Pia was incredible, from start to finish. She really took the time to get to know us and personalize our ceremony. We did not want a cookie-cutter ceremony, and she made it clear that that is NOT what she does - we spent an hour on the phone with her planning, where she really got to know us and our story. The ceremony that she delivered made it clear that she listened and spent time personalizing every part. She also walked us through the process of the paperwork (the less fun part) and made sure everything was handled and all our questions answered. I couldn't ask for someone more professional, organized, passionate and FUN! We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly personal ceremony and real connection. -

From the very first time we talked to Pia, she felt like family. She is one of those rare people who can break down all your walls in just 2 seconds. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care made the entire planning process a breeze. On our wedding day, Pia was nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled every detail with perfection and grace, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry.
Pia has an incredible talent for making you feel at ease, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Her organizational skills ensured that everything ran smoothly, and her positive energy kept us calm and excited throughout the entire journey.

Heartwarming Service
After a great initial call with Pia we decided she was the one to officiate our wedding. We were so happy she agreed to do it with less than 2 weeks notice. She got to know my husband and I. Asked some questions about us, our family and our relationship and also exactly what type of service we wanted. She also listened as we told her some stories about us. She designed a beautiful service and gave us some good advice on different aspects of a wedding since she's an expert and we knew little about how to have a wedding. Pia also agreed to come early and greet and seat the guests (and also calm a worried bride). And stayed for a little bit after the service to keep things on track.
The service itself was more than we could have imagined. Just the right amount of heartfelt stories, humor and a little serious wedding business. It was so personalized and beautiful and it was obvious she put a lot of time and thought into everything she said. All of our guests told me how much they loved the service and Pia.
If you use Pia for your wedding officiant it's like having a best friend, clergy person, wedding expert and romance novelist all in one on your special day. -

Pia did an outstanding job with our wedding ceremony. She was so easy to communicate with and took the time to have a long meeting with me and my husband to get to know our stories and our backgrounds. She gave invaluable advice and suggestions for how to customize our ceremony and her readings and speeches on the wedding day were incredibly beautiful and personal. It really felt like we've know her for years despite only formally talking about a month before the wedding. Pia is a consummate professional and I would strongly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who is interested in creating a personal ceremony. -

My husband and I got married on October 22, 2022 in Frederick, Maryland and hired Pia as our officiant. On our very first phone call, Pia told us she wanted our wedding guests to think she was a close friend of ours. Well, she held up to that promise because we had multiple friends and family members ask us how we knew Pia! A recurring compliment we got from our wedding guests was how wonderful our ceremony and officiant were. Some guests even said it was the best wedding ceremony they’ve ever attended. We think this is because Pia truly took the time to really understand who we are as individuals and as a couple. She did a wonderful job writing our ceremony and we feel as though she perfectly grasped our love story. You will have no regrets hiring Pia for your wedding. We feel incredibly lucky that we were able to have her as our officiant. -

Made my wedding effortless!
Pia was awesome! I knew I wanted a day of coordinator but not a wedding planner. I wanted to be able to relax on my wedding day and not have to make decisions. I choose Pia because she was highly rated as an officiant and day of coordinator. She met all of my expectations and more! I didn’t have to talk to any vendors on my wedding day, she took care of everything! I was extremely nervous the day of wedding and arrived 20 minutes late and as soon as I pulled up she asked what she could do or carry for me. She was such a help, she brought all of my stuff up to the getting ready room and made sure I drank water. She even cleaned my rings for me! Her readings were perfect. I would highly recommend her. -

We hired Pia in July 2022 for our wedding that October when our original officiant could no longer perform our wedding. As much as it was a scramble to find someone new we are so glad it led us to Pia! The ceremony reflected us and Pia rolled with the punches of our day with humor, skill, and professionalism. Pia is so easy to talk to which made planning with her easy and fun, and many of our guests let us know how much they enjoyed Pia's ceremony. We're so glad our path led us to her! -

Mother of the bride
A wedding is a very special family event, full of plans and expectations. Our wedding last weekend was exactly the kind of event enhanced by Pia Noon officiant and coordinator. Amid the tears of joy when the bride appeared, Pia led the bride and groom into the ceremony with dignity, charm and her own special touch. She had interviewed them to intertwine their personality and romantic story into the ceremony. Pia quietly guided everyone. She connected with the families and friends before and after the ceremony, as she coordinated the reception and lined us up for pictures. She has a special talent moving everyone in the right direction. Pia helped in every way to enhance the smooth flow of the day. Thank you Pia for all you did to make the day perfect.

Friendly and Professional Officiant!
Pia really helped us craft a custom ceremony that fit our relationship and beliefs. We met with over the phone several times and she was friendly and thoughtful. She handled everything with our ceremony which helped take the pressure off of us. We thought she did a great job, and we had many guests say what a beautiful and unique ceremony we had. We would definitely recommend Pia! -

Pia was fantastic! To be honest when it came to an officiant, I wasn’t quite sure where to start. During my initial inquiries, Pia’s reply stood out as it was personal, it was clear that she was a professional who knew the venue and team well, and she outlined the information requested from my inquiry. About a month out from our wedding Pia reached out for a call to plan out our ceremony. She was so personable and asked so many great questions to get to know Tyler and I as a couple. She really guided us through the process, made recommendations, learned our preferences, and even talked us through the marriage license process which I was super unfamiliar with. By the end of the phone call there were so many laughs and we felt confident that our ceremony would be perfect. We had the most beautiful wedding day, and Pia was such a large part of it ensuring our ceremony was exactly what we imagined. -

Maria and I were fortunate enough to discover Pia by chance or fate and could not have been more happy with our decision. From the beginning, Pia was very personable, responsive, kind hearted and helpful with every step of the way.
Maria and I especially loved Pia's genuine energy and her taking the extra time to really get to know our story of how we met and decided on forever. Our ceremony was picture perfect and Pia included our readings along with a few personal touches on our story. She even stayed for a little bit afterwards and chatted it up with friends and family! It was just a beautiful day and we could not have been happier with Pia. -

Everything about our experience with Pia was nothing but the best! She is very responsive to e-mails and calls, she took all of our requests into consideration, and of course her beautiful words during our ceremony could not have been any better! She made us feel very comfortable and even threw a few funny little moments and fun facts about us into the ceremony, which we really appreciated. She helped us create the right ceremony for our style and was accommodating when we chose to add a hand fasting ceremony. It was something she hadn't done before but she was open to doing it, and nailed it for us on the big day. She surprised us with some personalized words during the ceremony and it was so touching and beautiful - a true gift for us during the experience.
You spend a lot of time with your officiant during your wedding day, and working with Pia was like having a friend along. We are doing a vow renewal a year from now in another state with other family members and the first thing my husband said is that he wants to see if Pia will come do our ceremony there. We highly recommend I Do For You!!! -

Searching for any vendor much less your officiant who will preside over your ceremony can be daunting if your not sure where to start! Thanks to the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club recommended vendor list, we had a few choices to start with and research in addition to wedding wire. All the other officiants we looked at in the area were more expensive than we were ready for , but Pia had a rate that was absolutely perfect for our April 2018 wedding! She was responsive to emails and really took the time to get to know us at our in person meeting back in September 2017. She listened to what our preferences were in regards to style, how our religious backgrounds would play a part in the ceremony if at all ,and even our heritages ( my husband is filipino and I am italian/polish) . With all this in mind, she was able to help us create our ceremony to our liking and modify some of the templates she had to fit what we wanted to do which changed along the way as we narrowed down details. And she was awesome/flexible about the changes that were made. And on our wedding day, Pia was exceptional! On time, ready to go, and officiated our ceremony just the way we were looking for. Even when we were nervous and weren't sure, Pia led us through without a hitch. Her professionalism knocked it out of the park and she had the perfect, clear tone throughout. It was an honor to work with her and we greatly appreciate everything she did through the planning stages, the day of, and even going the second mile to mail the marriage certificate to Queen Anne's County court for us after the wedding. Pia Noon "I Do for You" is an amazing officiant and we will be sure to recommend her for friends/family who are getting married. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect ceremony and wedding day. It was everything we dreamed of and Pia helped make it happen. -

She made my husband and I both feel completely at ease and was extremely professional but also made us laugh. We wanted to incorporate my husband's boys into the ceremony but didn't know exactly the right way to do it. Pia came to our first meeting with a number of options and ideas which was very helpful and gave us a starting point. We ended up doing a sand ceremony to include the boys which received a lot of positive comments from our guests about. Not only was Pia a delight to work with but on the actual day of the ceremony she surprised us by weaving in a few more details about "our story" into the ceremony for our guests. It made the event extremely personal and special!
We will be forever grateful to Pia for conducting such a memorable ceremony for us. We highly recommend her to any couples soon to be married! -
