A wonderful jewel hidden in a sea of sports bars. We chose this location first because of its proximity to our ceremony venue (Carnegie Science Center) but also because of its wonderful aesthetic. Upon entering, you are transported to a Mad Men era restaurant with dark wood, luxe fabric, and mood lighting. We had a large room to ourselves with a wonderfully fitting fireplace, and were treated to a decadent meal consisting of perfectly cooked steaks, sides, and enough drinks to ease everyone's nervous energy for the following day. Staff was exceptional, ambiance perfect.

My company uses Hyde Park for several big events over the course of a year, so I have dealt extensively with their planning department and they are WONDERFUL. Highly recommended for smaller wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners.

We had our smaller sized reception (40 people) at Hyde Park, and couldn't have been more pleased. Heather and the staff were super responsive and helpful. They let us modify our menu, and even let us drop off our flowers and stereo equipment a day in advance. The food and service were excellent!
