Where to begin! From the very first time I spoke to Carlee and Tracy, I knew they were the ones for me. They not only have an incredible amount of knowledge, but they pay attention to every single detail along the process. When I first talked to them, they were helping me, as the bride to be, understand how to organize a wedding based on my own wants and desires. They were so flexible from the start and had an amazing vision for how to pull this whole event together. They helped me through the whole planning, and were there when I had all of my freak-outs and melt-downs. They kept me sane and took the pressure off my shoulders. They were simply perfection.
Also, I hired Tracy and Carlee not only as my wedding coordinators, but as my decor and flower vendor as well. And let me tell you. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB!!! Could not have asked for a more perfect job. They managed to pull off an amazing wedding even with rainy weather, and moved as needed as we progressed. Needless to say, I believe Tracy managed to keep the rain away with her communication to the heavens! Also, the work they did with the decor was so creative but also incredibly detailed oriented, and even went above and beyond for our guests! We had our wedding in Alabama, and this was a destination wedding for all of our guests and Tracy had the brilliant idea of putting a Fun Fact sheet as well as a Dictionary Lingo sheet on the tables for a conversation starter. It was just so beautifully done, from the flowers, to the details, to the candles... everything. I would recommend The Event Planner any day, every day, forever!!! Absolutely amazing people but also amazing vision.

Carlee was fun to work with and a tremendous help from start to finish. She helped keep everything together and on track from months before the wedding to the multiple hiccups on the rehearsal and wedding day due to flight delays and late performers! The wedding was lovely and she took the stress away!

We were just going to have a small cake in ceremony in big spring park, and after hiring Tracy for photography, I learned she was a wedding planner. She and Carly turned a boring park picnic into my dream wedding. They knew all the vendor, locations, etc. of where I could find the best prices and deals. Out wedding was magical because of them. I cannot say enough good things about Carlee and her team! I did a partial planning package but they went so above and beyond that. Between the scheduled calls, the super organized spreadsheets, and invaluable advice and guidance, there’s no way I would’ve gotten the wedding of my dreams without these ladies.
Even if you think you don’t need a planner, trust me, you DO! And you need Huntsville Event Planner!

Carlee was on top of it by showing up right away for my first meeting with the venue right after I talked to her about wedding planning so it was a last minute add on for her schedule. She has been flexible and able to work with me being hours away trying to plan a wedding in Huntsville, AL while doing travel nursing. We had as many phone meetings as needed and she was always able to make time for my questions between meetings. Carlee and Tracey stepped up when I was overwhelmed wedding week and worked with my fiancé to decrease my stress level and get things done without me having to worry about it. I had zero stress on wedding day and I can’t explain how great that felt. My family/friends are loud and she was able to wrangle them all in without anyone feeling like she was rude or talking harshly. I would 100% recommend Huntsville Event Planner to anyone who wants to be mostly stress-free during their wedding planning experience. You will be in great hands!

I don't think we will ever be able to fully thank Carlee and Tracy for all of the help they provided leading up to our wedding. We got married during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were there every step of the way. We booked them for day-of wedding coordination but to say they over delivered is an understatement. They called us monthly after booking them 9 months out, helped us finalize vendors, walked us through every question imaginable, and helped pull together so many of the visions we had for our dream wedding. Our day was perfect and so much of that was due to Carlee and Tracy's help. They're worth every penny and more, and if there's one thing we'd do over in a heartbeat, it's booking them for our wedding. It was easily the best decision we made.

Tracy and her team were excellent to work with from planning to execution to clean up. The venue, ceremony, music, food were exceptional. No drama and everything went smoothly. Some of the guest comments “the best wedding I have ever attended”

I can’t recommend this team enough. Carlee and Tracy turned what could have been a nightmare into something so beautiful. Our wedding happened in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, which ultimately meant going from a 200-person wedding to a 20-person wedding. Carlee has helped us so much along the way, from checking in weekly and organizing a spreadsheet to keep us on track, to thinking of amazing new ideas. When I had to completely change my wedding, she took out all the stress, coordinating with vendors and being there for me every step of the way. I’m going to miss Carlee and Tracy, not just because of how flawlessly they executed my big day, but also for the kindness and support they showed me every step of the way.

Carlee is absolutely amazing.  When my daughter said, maybe we need to hire a wedding planner, I was skeptical.  The wedding was yesterday and all I can say is Wow!!  Carlee and her team helped us from day one.  She got us organized, thought of details we never would have considered and kept us on track.  We planned for everything except the Covid 19 pandemic...No problem, when we wanted to panic, Carlee stayed calm and helped us focus on what we really wanted.  When we changed from a large wedding to an intimate mountain top wedding and at home reception, she notified all vendors, made adjustments, and was our best advocate.  The wedding was perfect in every way and it was due to Carlee and her team.  Highly recommend them and wouldn't even consider using anyone else!  Awesome, Amazing, Organized, Friendly, Supportive, Proactive, her list of positive attributes is endless!!

I don’t know how I would’ve done my daughters wedding without Carlee. We had an emergency hospitalization of the groom for 10 days before the wedding, an extra emotional bride and both families in crisis mode, Carlee handled it all with ease. She did so much more than “Day Of” coordination-which is what we hired her for. I cannot imagine how it would have fallen apart had she not held the reigns. Also, we did all the planning long-distance and the wedding was out of town. My son, a Marine, was also giving his sister away. Another unpredictable factor. She handled it all! I would recommend that before you spend any money or plan a budget, that you seriously consider a planner! It is ESSENTIAL-to put it in a word we all understand now. It will be the best money you spend-and Carlee is the absolute best in my opinion.
