Where to begin! From the very first time I spoke to Carlee and Tracy, I knew they were the ones for me. They not only have an incredible amount of knowledge, but they pay attention to every single detail along the process. When I first talked to them, they were helping me, as the bride to be, understand how to organize a wedding based on my own wants and desires. They were so flexible from the start and had an amazing vision for how to pull this whole event together. Carlee was fun to work with and a tremendous help from start to finish. She helped keep everything together and on track from months before the wedding to the multiple hiccups on the rehearsal and wedding day due to flight delays and late performers! I cannot say enough good things about Carlee and her team! I did a partial planning package but they went so above and beyond that. Between the scheduled calls, the super organized spreadsheets, and invaluable advice and guidance, there’s no way I would’ve gotten the wedding of my dreams without these ladies.
Even if you think you don’t need a planner, trust me, you DO! And you need Huntsville Event Planner! -

I don’t know how I would’ve done my daughters wedding without Carlee. We had an emergency hospitalization of the groom for 10 days before the wedding, an extra emotional bride and both families in crisis mode, Carlee handled it all with ease. She did so much more than “Day Of” coordination-which is what we hired her for. I cannot imagine how it would have fallen apart had she not held the reigns. Also, we did all the planning long-distance and the wedding was out of town. My son, a Marine, was also giving his sister away. Another unpredictable factor. She handled it all! I would recommend that before you spend any money or plan a budget, that you seriously... -

Carlee is, in a word, amazing. Her expertise, joy, professionalism, and flexibility were an absolute God-send during my planning process...and honestly, worth 10x what she charged. I booked her as a Day-of coordinator, but she was much more than that. I found her in November 2018 and booked her immediately for my wedding on Sep 28, 2019. She checked in frequently in those 10 months and helped with more than I expected (vendor recommendations, hotel block negotiations, signage, etc.). We had our wedding at my husband's parent's house, and it was SO MUCH WORK. Carlee was there every step of the way making things happen like a boss. If you're considering Carlee, don't hesitate. As a planner and a human being, you can't find better. -

Carlee was our wedding coordinator and was phenomenal. She worked tirelessly leading up to the wedding and through the events themselves. She helped us find deals on vendors, managed tricky situations that came up, and ensured that we were well taken care of and that nothing fell through the cracks. We were very pleased and really enjoyed working with her. She minimized the stress of wedding madness!! -

Carlee went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch. She listened to all of the details we planned out and made sure everything was perfect before we arrived at the ceremony and reception. What she did blew me out of the water. She was the hardest working person on our wedding day, from the morning to the night. She made sure we stuck to schedule and she kept a level head throughout the day, keeping us chill. If you're trying to narrow down coordinators, look no farther than Carlee. -

I initially didn’t think a day-of coordinator would be necessary since we had our wedding planned all the way through and organized. However, because our wedding was a bit DIY, we needed someone to carry out our plan and be in two places at once on our wedding day. Easy enough, right? Nope! We talked to SEVERAL coordinators with glowing reviews who would charge $1000 minimum to hold a clipboard and point around. By some miracle we found Carlee. From day 1 when we asked her for a quote she sent a list of EXACTLY what she would do for us (including “I will make sure you eat dinner” which was a winner for me). We were married at... -

Carlee is a wonderful wedding coordinator! She was so well organized and worked tirelessly in helping create a beautiful wedding experience for us! She was professional with vendors and handled so many “day of” details which enabled us to enjoy the day without stress! She is a hard worker who delivers her client’s wishes and does so with a continuous smile upon her face. I would highly recommend Carlee! As the mother of the groom, I think she is absolutely amazing and our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without her! She is a 10+ in my book!

They helped me make my wedding true best day ever!!!
We were just going to have a small cake in ceremony in big spring park, and after hiring Tracy for photography, I learned she was a wedding planner. She and Carly turned a boring park picnic into my dream wedding. They knew all the vendor, locations, etc. of where I could find the best prices and deals. Out wedding was magical because of them. Thank you so much ladies! Sorry it only took 8 months to write the review! Love you ladies!!! -
