Our experience with Paul and Angie was absolutely incredible. The first phone call with Paul felt like talking with an old friend. They each have a unique way of making you feel special, and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. We felt so well taken care of in the days leading up to the wedding, and their joy and expertise shined through the whole time. The food was DELICIOUS and so beautifully presented, and they took extra care to make special options for guests with dietary restrictions. We had a cold January wedding and they nailed the cozy winter vibe we were going for! They are just wonderful people through and through, and excellent at their work. Cannot recommend Paul and Angie and their team highly enough!!

Angie, Chef Paul, and the whole Huegah team are incredible! Food was one of the most important aspects to us for our wedding, and we are so thankful that we were able to work with them. Huegah came highly recommended to us at another venue tour early on in our planning and once we booked our actual venue, we immediately emailed Angie and felt so lucky that our date was still available. From our very first call, we knew that they are different (better) than other caterers. Angie was so helpful and a great listener in that first chat, and a really reliable communicator in all the months after. When we had our first tasting and got to meet Chef Paul and see (and taste) firsthand his passion and craft, we were blown away by the presentation. Also, the intimate dining setting they create made us feel so special. We narrowed down our menu through email and one additional tasting, and they made the process so low-pressure and enjoyable. Angie and Paul were also instrumental in our planning overall. Since I didn't have a planner or day-of coordinator, I relied on their expertise a lot throughout the process and they helped us make so many important decisions. In particular, they took such a thorough and thoughtful approach to our venue walkthrough, where we sat down and talked through EVERYTHING, which helped alleviate the stress I had been feeling. They worked closely with our DJ, other vendors, and friends/family day-of to execute everything I had laid out in my final planning documents, from decor to schedule and everything in between. All the little details come together exactly as I imagined -- if not better -- and that is largely thanks to Huegah. My husband and I had an amazing, worry-free, beautiful wedding day, and we wish we could relive it over and over again. I can't recommend Huegah enough!

My partner and I are a bit of an unconventional couple, so for our wedding we felt inspired to serve an unstuffy and personal menu combining our two favorite foods: pizza and poke. As you might guess, finding a caterer who was on board for our unorthodox vision was a challenge. After reaching out to numerous teams, Huegah was the only one that not only accommodated our outlandish ideas but embraced them. That's how we met Paul and Angie. Choosing them was the best decision we made; from our first meeting, they didn't feel like vendors, they felt like family, ready to wrap us in the best kind of hospitality.

Part of the magic of Huegah is their harmonious partnership. Angie is warm and precise, a thoughtful anchor who handles all the logistics. The kind of person who’ll gently caution you not to pick 5 different bright colors of napkins because it might look like a children’s birthday party.. It was that sort of energy early on that established a level of familial trust and honest feedback that we sincerely valued. Paul is the creative force and culinary genius. We’d share simple ideas or favorite flavors, and he would run with them, crafting thoughtful, nuanced dishes that reflected our history. For appetizers, he created personal nods to our lives, like mushroom satay (from my Singapore travels) and pierogi (honoring my partner's Polish roots). The desserts were also a massive highlight. They remembered a small detail we'd shared about our daily morning latte ritual and surprised us with miniature versions of matcha and espresso in tiny mugs. Selecting it as our desserts was a no brainer—it was the quintessential late-night caffeine boost for our guests. The ultimate, unforgettable surprise, however, came on the wedding day when we found handmade ceramic dachshund chopstick holders at every place setting. This tiny, intentional act wasn't just about catering; it was about being genuinely seen and cared for in meticulous, wonderful detail.

If you want a catering team that works with heart, meets you on your level, and executes the food of your wildest dreams, run—don't walk—to hire Paul and Angie. They are simply the best, and we are so grateful they were part of our story.

Angie and Paul are absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding process. My fiancé and I went in not knowing exactly what we wanted, other than good food, and Angie and Paul gently guided us through the process and made us feel so comfortable and confident about our choices. We chose a rather simple menu, but it was so elevated and made to perfection. They also promptly responded to our questions.

On our wedding day we had zero issues and everything was completely taken care of, all we had to do was to enjoy the party and food. Multiple people complimented the food, especially the beef picanha.

Paul and Angie stood out from the rest from day one. They got to know us and helped guide us through the entire process. Our goal was to keep things fairly simple, but high-quality. They took our general ideas and crafted the perfect family-style menu for our wedding reception.

The day of the wedding reception, Paul, Angie, and their team knocked it out of the park. At least a dozen guests told us this was by-far the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding reception, and a few even said it was one of the best meals they'd ever had - period. And we agree - the food, wine, service, etc. were all fantastic.

Angie is so thoughtful, professional, and caring, she is the perfect point of contact! They will help you with every step along your process and ensure that nothing is forgotten or missed, they’ve done this a lot and it shows in their professionalism. On top of all of this, she is fantastic at signature drinks and taking a memory of a drink my wife and I liked a long time ago into a perfect recreation for our special day.

Paul is a maestro in the kitchen! When he crafted our sample menu, we knew they’d be the ones because of how much they listened to our requests, likes, and dislikes. They crafted the most personalized, seasonal, and tasty menu we could have hoped for, as well as being very flexible and thoughtful for all of our guests dietary restrictions. From the tasting to the ceremony, the food quality didn’t drop one bit and our guests were raving about it all night. We really appreciated the uniqueness of all of their food and how much Paul crafted items that we couldn’t have imagined and didn’t look like most tasting menus you’ll find out there, which went a really long way towards making us feel heard and respected and cared for by them and made it so easy to trust Paul and Angie.

Their staff are just as great and went the extra mile all night tending to all of my friends and family and making sure everyone had an unforgettable night.
