Hubbard Avenue Diner provided an assortment of 10 cakes and pies for our wedding reception. The tasting was really fun - Ashley, the baker, prepared a big selection of cakes, pies, fillings, and icing for us to try out. We were hesitant to ask for much detail on the wedding cake itself, but she ended up doing a beautifully classic design with the icing and it was gorgeous. All the cakes and pies were labeled and dropped off on time, which made it very easy for our venue's staff to set them up for the dessert buffet. The prices at Hubbard Ave. are also very reasonable - all those cakes and pies for LESS than the cost of a traditional wedding cake. Hubbard Ave. asked us to drop off the pie dishes within a week of the wedding - and when I dropped them off, they gave me the $5 per plate deposit back in cash. Overall, a wonderful experience. Ashley is a very talented baker!
