The wedding was for my niece and her new husband. They wanted to have a location for family member that would be a median for everyone to travel and since I was located in Jacksonville it was the idea place for family members to visit. Bride and Groom fell in love with venue location once they had a chance to visit as both lived out of town. All planning was left to aunt in making this special day happen.Sent on 06/18/2013
When venue was originally chosen it was under a different ownership, but once the new ownership staff came aboard one month prior to event none of the guests, nor bride or groom could identify ownership had changed. Entire staff was very professional, friendly and stay calm throughout the evening.
Excellent onsite food services from the caterer and his staff. Sales manager remain on site during most of the event and call me the next business day. This was such a great customer service experience, if I had to do it all over again, I would use this location over and over again.
All Kudos to top management down to individual job function of each associates. As the work could not happen without everyone taking an active part.
In my rating it would be a 10 plus.

We started out with Norman and from the very 1st phone call I thought he had a very professional way about him. He picked up my phone call and took the time to answer my questions and send an email all while handling a few things at the front desk. We later were introduced to Maureen and she was great too! The hotel was everything we wanted and even offered a "night of stay" to us for the wedding night. Our meetings were on time and we were treated like a priority by everyone we came into interaction with at the hotel!Sent on 04/16/2012

Maureen is the sales manager, she is great. I had to change from another venue and had the best service and flexibility from her. The hotel is very clean, nice, new feeling. My family stayed at the hotel and we used a banquet room-very nice.Sent on 11/29/2011
