Hailey did an absolutely incredible job. From our first conversation I knew I could entrust her with one of the most important days in my life. She helped me stay on track and suggest vendors. She attended vendor meetings when I needed and was very helpful with keeping me on budget. She helped my vision come to life. When the big day came around it felt like everything was PERFECT! If something went wrong I did not know about it because she made sure all I had to worry about that day was marrying my best friend. My family had nothing but great things to say about Hailey. Even the next day everyone said how impressed they were with Hailey and how she made sure everything was on track and how smoothly everything went. I would recommend Hailey time and time again!

Hailey is the ONLY reason that our wedding went so smoothly and was so beautiful! We planned our wedding from a different state than it was being held, and Hailey expertly handled all of the logistics and kept us on track. She was highly responsive and proactively asked for details that we hadn't even considered, and communicated with our vendors professionally and efficiently. No detail was too small to consider, and she executed the plans flawlessly on the day-of. We truly cannot recommend her enough - she went above and beyond in every single way, and turned our ideas into a beautiful, stress-free wedding day.

Hailey was our day of coordinator for our wedding at Green Door Gourmet. Even before the wedding day, she met with us a couple times to go over all details and helped with some last minute changes during the month of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she brought my vision to life! She helped coordinate the vendors, set up all the decorations, and made sure the ceremony and reception went smoothly. While sticking with our wedding vision, she was great about being flexible and coming up with alternatives as different situations occurred throughout the day. We could not have had the perfect wedding day without her!

Hailey was the planner for our wedding at The Wren’s Nest in October 2018. She was an absolute delight to work with throughout the year prior to our wedding, as well as the day of. My husband and I are from out of state, so we were nervous about planning a destination wedding in an area where we didn’t know anyone or have a lot of personal experience with, but Hailey stepped up to the challenge. She was very responsive with emails and texts–even when I would think of something that I forgot late at night; she always responded quickly and professionally. She even helped me with several different vendors that didn’t fall within our inclusive package. Hailey was always willing to provide a suggestion about anything from day-of dry cleaning in the area to rehearsal dinner venues to nail salons. As amazing as she was throughout the planning process, she was ten times more impressive on the actual day of our wedding. Hailey ensured everything went perfectly and handled every hiccup without me even knowing about it. There were a couple of mix-ups that were beyond her control with hair/makeup, transportation, and rentals, but she made sure the issues were corrected immediately without letting it interfere with our day. She handled everything from set up to tear down, and she made sure everything ran smoothly and just how we had planned. Working with Hailey for our wedding was an absolute pleasure, and we are so pleased with how everything turned out; we really couldn’t have pictured a more perfect day!

Hailey was the absolute best wedding planner I could have ask for. She did an amazing job the day of and the month leading up to the wedding. She was already working on setting up the venue by the time I got there the day of the wedding, and it already looked so great. She even put up the draping for the pergola for the ceremony decor. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is. She also did a great job of communicating with my other vendors and reminding me of little and last minute things I needed to do before the big day. She was a huge help and one of the best decisions I made for my vendors. Definitely worth talking to her!

Hailey was attentive to all details, organized, and very resourceful. We hired her as a full planner, and it was the best decision I made! She was always there to answer my questions no matter how small it was. She searched for all the best vendors, and would not stop until it was perfect. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our bridal party knew exactly what they were doing.

We hired Hailey to be our month of coordinator for our 200-person wedding up in Gallatin. And I am so glad we did!!! Hailey was so helpful answering random questions even before the month of her contract began. She met with us, had everything organized, and coordinator with our vendors during those last 30 days. It relieved me and my mom of so many headaches and worries! We had a random snowy weekend the weekend of our wedding, but Hailey took it in stride and made sure our wedding was the wedding of our dreams. Thank you so much Hailey!!!! Hailey Kornman was exactly what we needed for our wedding! She was on-top of all the details and took charge during the rehearsal and wedding day. Hailey had everything organized in Google Docs so we could go back and forth on finalizing details like timeline, vendor orders, etc. She was able to set-up our entire reception and ceremony by herself. We were getting ready at the venue and she only stopped by once to ask me some questions. I totally trusted her opinion during set-up! During the ceremony and reception, she worked closely with our DJ to make sure everything was run on-time and coordinated to a tee. Everyone kept complimenting me on how well planned and run the day was, and I kept having to tell people it was all Hailey! You can also tell that Hailey really likes what she does, which is a big thing when it's your big day!
