Hilton McLean Tysons Corner

Hands down our best pick that we were so happy with was our venue Hilton McLean. The reason why: Joanne. Joanne was amazing in every way. She responds immediately to all queries. She does everything to meet your wishes. She is nice and pleasant to work with. We were considering other top tier hotels like the Ritz, Mayflower and Four Seasons. But we went with Hilton because of her and she really delivered . She will give you the wedding of your dreams. As for the venue itself, the ballroom is huge and modern (so nice for big events), has a great location near Tysons but still private, and a huge free parking lot.

The Hilton was the best place to get married. Our reception was in the international ballroom and ceremony in the atrium. Joanne Woo and her team made all of our dreams come true. She worked with us several to keep within our budget. She was very accommodating and I was never stressed. I sent many email with questions and she always answered them in a timely manner and looked out for me. I was so sad when our big day was over because I enjoyed her so much. The hilton staff were very nice each time we visited. The food was amazing and we had many options. Our rehearsal dinner was at the hotel too at Harth which was a beautiful modern setting and amazing 3 course meal. Everyone loved the wedding and had a great time. I LOVE THE HILTON!!!!

Our daughter was married at the Hilton Mclean Tysons Cornere in September. It was a wonderful experience largely due to the exceptional service provided by all the staff, and especially by the wedding specialist and event manager who guided us throughout the process and exceeded expectations on the day of the wedding. Both were upbeat, knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, and flexible. They responded quickly to questions and concerns, and approached each communication and meeting with positive attitudes, good humor, thoughtful suggestions, and effective solutions. They could not have been more helpful or accommodating during the planning stage, and on the day of the wedding, they expertly facilitated the program to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
The ceremony had an intimate feel in the beautiful sunlit atrium, and the foyer was a great space for the string quartet and for our guests to mingle during the cocktail hour. The ballroom was spacious and perfect for the reception and the entire venue looked amazing with very few decorations needed. The food was exceptional both in taste and presentation, and still gets rave reviews from family and friends. A great time was had by all, and the bride and groom were thrilled!

I absolutely loved getting married at the Hilton Mclean Tyson's Corner. It is so much more than just a hotel venue, the atrium ceremony space makes you feel like you are outside for the ceremony without the hassle of dealing with unpredictable weather, the food from Harth was amazing, and the ballroom for the reception was top of the line. I loved having a personal coordinator (Jessica was amazing!) as part of the package, that was crucial and is usually an added cost. There really were so many perks as part of the package deal including major room discounts for your guests and some free family rooms and of course the inclusive honey moon suite which was incredible (huge, beautiful, and a perfect place for you and your bridesmaides to hang out the day of the wedding and get ready). Lastly it was really amazing to have all your family and friends staying at the location of your wedding; it was super convenient for our guests which led to very happy guests and a super fun and relaxed wedding. 5/5 stars all the way!

We were so happy with our decision to have our wedding reception here. We had actually wanted to go the non-hotel route, but when we saw this place, we fell in love with the décor and vibe of the hotel -- it’s new, modern and posh. The ballroom was the perfect setting for our modern, luxe wedding. We loved the gorgeous crystal chandeliers and how big the space was. It felt so elegant. We also liked that the atrium and garden (where we had our cocktail hour) gave an outdoor feel to our wedding as well. What also sold us on the venue was the delicious food we would have. We are big foodies and here we were able to create a very gourmet menu. We were thrilled that we were able to serve things like braised beef short ribs, tuna poke, even crispy pork belly and veal cheeks. It was amazing! We were even able to pick out some of our favorite items from the hotel’s fabulous restaurant, Harth.

We also chose this venue because of Nicole Bukovac, their wedding coordinator. Make sure to request for her! We cannot praise her enough. We loved her from the moment we met her and she was our favorite wedding vendor to work with. She was accommodating and supporting every step of the way. She helped us get the most out value out of our package. She worked with our ideas and made them even better. And then on our big day, she took care of us so much. I was so happy with the bridal suite she set up for us. She also packed up all our handmade centerpieces and decor (and there was a lot) at the end of the night. She took care of everything. She just wanted to make sure our big day was absolutely perfect - and it was! THANK YOU NICOLE!

We really got so much value from this venue. Can't stress that enough. We had great food and a beautiful setting for our special day. We were able even able to host an after-party in the atrium, where we served late-night eats. Our guests also raved how great their rooms were and how affordable their stay was.

Everything was great and Nicole was amazing! We were very happy with everything - highly recommend!

We had our November 2nd wedding at the Hilton Mclean and it was fabulous. We worked with Nicole and she was fantastic at helping us make sure we had everything we need and with finalizing the day of timeline. Everything ran so smoothly, the venue looked beautiful, and the food was fantastic. Many of our guests have commented that it's the best wedding food they've ever had. I highly recommend working with the Hilton, and Nicole for your wedding!

I looked at pictures of the newly renovated Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and immediately knew I wanted my wedding to be held there. For 10 months the staff at the Hilton McLean went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding was everything I hoped for. The food, the drinks, the guest rooms & venue space were amazing. The professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the coordinators at the Hilton McLean are excellent. The quality of service that my guests & I received during our wedding weekend was unforgettable. The Hilton McLean is truly a spectacular venue!

My husband and I got married 10/6/12 at the Hilton Mclean. It was by far the most magical day of our lives. The catering team and wedding coordinators were amazing. Chelsea Sparaco and Stephanie Economides made all our dreams come true. Everyone was very professional and beyond helpful. Banquet staff was super polite and would have done anything to accommodate us and our wedding. We had ceremony and reception at venue and it made it so easy. Highly recommend this venue for out if town guests, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day!! 5 star service. The newly renovated hotel is exquisite and is an amazing backdrop for all your photos!!!
