Facilities and Capacity
Choose from our elegant and rustic Kitty Hawk Pier House with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean or our newly renovated Wright Ballroom that opens to a beautiful beachfront Courtyard.
The Kitty Hawk Pier House is located on the Historic Kitty Hawk Fishing Pier, which is 2,250 square feet of event space, accommodating up to 150 people. The Kitty Hawk Pier House has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Wright Ballroom is located on the first floor of the hotel, the grand ballroom offers 3,650 square feet of meeting space, allocating up to 250 people. The ballroom offers access to our 900 square foot pre-function area as well access to the outside oceanfront pavilion and our beautiful courtyard. The ballroom can split into three private sections for smaller parties.

Everything was PERFECT!! From the minute we booked our ceremony and reception sites here at the Hilton, Miha was wonderful in answering all of our questions and very responsive. We planned our wedding from Florida and had to reschedule our May wedding due to COVID. We both felt that everything was in great hands throughout this process. I felt that the Hilton did an amazing job helping us plan during the unforeseen times and did a fabulous job on our wedding day. Our wedding day went very smooth and everything was how I imagined it to be. I was very impressed with the staff and the food that was served was amazing! I had so many guests telling me how much they loved the food and enjoyed the entire wedding. We had a beautiful beach ceremony followed by a reception in the ballroom that we had chosen to decorate ourselves. Our wedding truly felt like a fairy tale and we were able to have our dream wedding at an affordable price!

Love The Pier House venue!

Wonderful Venue!
As soon as we saw this venue, we knew this was it! The Kitty Hawk Pier has everything to make your wedding day fantastic! Jamie is an awesome coordinator (with us being from out of state) she had great communication to make this day as seamless as possible. If you’re looking for an all in one venue with beautiful views, this is the place!

The Hilton Garden is your one stop shopping for amazingly modern accommodations, service and a very unique venue, on the pier and beach for your wedding. The staff is beyond amazingly helpful and professional. It's all good at the Hilton Garden Inn!
There aren't many places you can say "I Do" and dance the night away over the ocean but you can at KHP!!!
You have the beach, pier and a gorgeous indoor option inside the pier house if it's needed. The staff is wonderful and makes sure every little detail is taken care of. It's a photographers dream to shoot here!!
There are certain venues on the Outer Banks considered Diamonds. The Hilton Garden Inn is for sure one of those top 5 diamonds found on these barrier islands. The vintage Pier House is so cool and a perfect place to make a memory that will stand for all time. I've had the honor of performing many weddings along with the wonderful Hilton Garden Inn staff like Miha, and enjoyed every minute of it. First class from start to finish.
