Hillcrest Suites & Cabins venue Specializes in making your Small Wedding / Elopement very special providing a true mountain experience featuring on-site accommodation with uniques mountain theme to compliment your chosen location. Katey is ordained and can offiuciate if you desire. Elopement packages can be created in as little as 2 weeks. Hillcrest Suites & Cabins events include your Officient/Minister and are Dog Friendly. We also offer customization of the wedding packages and service to fit your dreams.

Facilities and Capacity

Hillcrest Suites & Cabins can host both elopements of 2-10 people to events of with up to 43 people. Elopement takes place on the event deck with access from 11 AM - 5 PM. This mountain venue features well appointed units with Cabin 5 (A Touch of Class) set up with special linens in the bedroom for the couple. Our event deck is nestled in a secluded location on the property surrounded by towering pines and trees. Each suite or cabin has complimentary water & Rise Cold Brew as well as Folgers coffee and a variety of tea in the kitchen (rooms have a breakfast table with coffee maker, coffee, & Tea). Couples can get ready in these well-equipped units to prepare for the big day. Guests will view the ceremony as it takes place on the event deck. Wedding guests can then flow seamlessly onto the multi-level deck with attached patio reception space. For exclusivity, we only host one event per day.

Elopement/small wedding (2 - 10 people) includes Cabin 5 for the couple and a suite that sleeps up to 4. We understand that each couple will want to make this day their own and we can help with recommendations for your cake, catering, Hillcrest Bears by Katey for favors and more. The Elopement package is affordable and hassle-free while providing a romance for your special day. The wedding package includes your Officient/Minister and we are Dog Friendly.
