He took the time to get to know us as a couple and really understand our vision for our wedding. He answered every question we had and provided a detailed outline of what to expect throughout the day, which gave us so much confidence and peace of mind going into the wedding.

Their website is also fantastic and incredibly interactive. It allows the couple to be as involved as they want with the details—from choosing and organizing music to planning microphones and speeches. We loved having that level of control while still knowing we had an experienced team taking care of everything.

Our day-of DJ, Branson, did an amazing job. He was completely locked in with everything we had asked for and executed everything seamlessly. He kept the day flowing, handled all of the details, and helped create an incredible atmosphere for us and our guests.

We booked Hemmelgarn Entertainment for our wedding, and not only did they help the reception go smoothly through supper, first dances and extended family photos but they also kept the dance floor alive all night! They were awesome at mixing in songs for all ages all through the night. Would definitely recommend booking them for a DJ!

Our DJ, Branson, was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, professional, and completely on top of everything music and emcee-related on our wedding day. We had a unique venue, The Mercantile in Mt. Sterling, OH, that actually recommended Hemmelgarn to us as a DJ and after our first virtual call with Jon we knew we were in good hands. The online software they use to choose every special song you want - and pull the exact versions from Spotify - made planning an absolute breeze. Every detail was covered and the services provided on our wedding day were seamless. If we had to plan our wedding all over again we would go with Hemmelgarn every time!

They did great at responding and helping us with our wedding. Though a few songs were played that we didn't want and timing was slightly off, but that's not a huge deal and it happens. Overall, definitely recommend!

The DJ provided was easy to work with and created a fun atmosphere with the music throughout the night. He was also very respectful and accommodating of all song requests.
