I am extremely passionate about my photography because I love to capture those special times in life that we want to remember forever. But it's so much more than snapping a quick photo, it's about capturing the joy, energy, and beauty inside of my clients. Each and every one of you are what inspires me. I look forward to getting to know my clients and building relationships with y'all!

When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my husband Cliff, sitting on our porch with a glass of wine.... in my rocking chair (yes I'm 31, not 101 I swear!), I prefer books over the movies, I am the BIGGEST Harry Potter fan ( I mean nerd! ) you will ever meet!

I live the simple life in a little farm house in Howe Tx with my husband & our two girls

& I wouldn't have it any other way!

My love for photography started in highschool, I picked up my moms camera and shot photos of everything around my property of 6 acres....and I haven't put a camera down since. I graduated from California State University, Chico in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Studio Art & Photography.

I grew up in the small town of Paso Robles, CA and I moved to Texas, after College graduation, to further my career in photography. Never in a million years did I think, I would end up way out here in little ole Howe Texas, but you have to be brave and take risks. Nothing can substitute the experience!

Best Wedding Photographer Ever!

Heather Buckley Photography is amazing!!

I can not say enough good things about Heather and her photography!!! We chose Heather Buckley Photography for our wedding in October of 2023 and it was the best decision we ever made. Not only are her photos amazing but she is the sweetest person every and you can tell she truly cares about each one of her clients. Throughout each photo session we had with Heather for various wedding things she was absolutely amazing and we were blown away with the pictures we received. She was always very timely with delivering the photo gallery from each session. You should 100% book Heather for your photographer!!

Heather is amazing!

Heather was absolutely amazing and did such a wonderful job photographing our wedding! We hired Heather to do our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos, and we could not be happier. Best photographer ever

Heather is amazing!! She is so calm and patient and fun which is super important on such a busy day! She was so fun to work with and most importantly her photos were amazing! I always get compliments about my wedding photos. People have said they’re the best wedding photos they ever seen! She’s perfect and I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you Heather!

Memories for a lifetime

Where do I begin for Heather? First of all, she is an amazing person inside and out. From the moment I found her page to our first conversation, I knew she was great! She helped through my entire wedding planning with not just photography but a schedule and just wedding tips and tricks! She was so kind and helpful and her photo skills are out of this world. I get teary eyed everytime I look at my wedding photos and I just remember how special the day was because she helped capture our day perfectly. She was also a great hype girl, especially for those of us who get nervous in front of the camera like me! Heather is truly a master at what she does and I recommend her to anyone and everyone!
