HeartBeet Catering offers personalized, creative catering options with menus that utilize fresh, delicious, real-foods based ingredients. The menu’s we offer are built around unique ingredients that grow in Hawaii, such as ‘ulu (breadfruit), kalo (taro), and ‘uala (sweet potato), as well as tropical fruits, vegetables, and grass-fed organic meats and ocean-caught fish. Our menu’s are all naturally gluten-free, without compromising great flavors, and we will happily work around any food sensitivities or special requests.
Chef Jasmine strives to build the local food system by sourcing as often as possible from local farmers who run diversified agriculture farms and small homesteads. By working with HeartBeet Catering, you support Hawaii in building our independence and breaking free from our reliance on a global, unsustainable food system.
Our catering services encompass a wide range of offerings, from small private dinner parties, to weddings, as well as multi-day retreats. Chef Jasmine will work with you to help make your vision a reality.

Amazing Food and Atmosphere for our Wedding
The team was incredibly responsive and patient with us as we made decisions about food, timing, and other vendors. They provided advice and answered all questions we had to help us create the perfect experience for us for our intimate wedding.
We appreciated that everything could be handled in house by the Heartbeet/Pu'uwai team. They handled the bartending, cake cutting, servers, cleanup, and joined in some of the dancing! Plus, the food was INCREDIBLE. We had two kids, under 10, who can be picky, but they ate everything on offer! A true testament to delicious options that were curated for our event. We opted for family style, for our small group, and an extra protein because we couldn't decide on just one! The family style serving option helped us all feel at home, we loved it.
Pu'uwai Gardens held a beautiful backdrop for the evening, including the covered area for eating and dancing, that included cute lighting, and the build in covered bar- stunning. The land and tress were also beautiful, as was the view of the water.
The Heartbeet/Pu'uwai team overdelivered for our day and we are so grateful to have chosen them to host our reception.
Best brunch ever
We really wanted a brunch wedding so she sent over some mouth-watering suggestions for both savory & sweet options. We chose a couple locally inspired dishes that we knew we would love & that all of our guests could enjoy. We loved every part of our menu. Not only did she do our brunch she also made our cake! Our cake was absolute perfection. I might be biased of course. It was exactly what we wanted. The food & cake tasted fantastic. Finally, the presentation of the food was also beautifully done.
