Head West Catering launched in 2009, when Johnny and Vicki Cisneros, a long-time restaurant couple In Fort Worth, were coaxed into developing special seasonal menus for their valued clients and, elegant Texas cuisine was fused with a fourth generation chef's Tex-Mex skills! John's mantra has always been "it is all about the food", and his wife..."make it pretty, make it unique", and the combination of the two; an elegant yet comfortable dining experience with a simple twist of quirky. Their Texas-sized goal was to produce freshly prepared food in keeping with the restaurant promise to use only fresh, never pre-chopped, bagged or frozen products.
Small local vendors, community involvement, and devotion to a strong work ethic in service and food quality has evolved into a well-respected catering company.
