We got married at The Hayloft in May of 2024 and my husband and I could not have asked for a better experience! From beginning to end Jeni and her team were incredible! As soon as we did our first tour we knew the hayloft was the place for us! All around beautiful venue! We chose the stables for our ceremony it is such a pretty set up and unique space and the cellar and barn were equally as beautiful! Plenty of scenic spots for photos on the grounds with a golf cart to take you around. Our guests enjoyed all of the patio seating, outside bar and yard games that were a big hit! All of the team members were so great to work with and made the planning process as seamless and stress free as we could have hoped! We cannot thank you all enough for making our wedding day so special!

I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and their staff (huge shout out and thank you to Jeni, Meaghan, Alyssa, Mercedes, Sandy, and the whole team). My husband and I are originally from Buffalo however moved to Cincinnati for work and although all of our wedding planning was done out of state, it was seamless thanks to all of the staff working tirelessly at the Hayloft. They are experts when it comes not only to curating the most beautiful venue down to the details (from the crystal chandeliers in the ceremony stables to the string lights lending a warm glow to the stone cellar dining space), but also when it comes to planning / vendor recommendation and organization, etc. We did not have a wedding planner, and at the end of the day it wasn't needed nor missed at all thanks to Jeni and her team providing guidance, holding regular meetings with us, and creating checklists and timelines along the way. Even the day of the wedding when some things didn't go as planned, I actually had no idea because behind the scenes they were able to continue making the magic happen, and the day was everything I had dreamed of and SO MUCH MORE. Hay wagon rides, puppy cocktail hour (a HayLoft classic), apple cider donuts / hot cider (and not to mention all our apps / drinks etc. were gorgeously presented with Hayloft decor and antiques), all with the backdrop of fall wildflowers and foliage on their property. And that's another thing entirely; we barely had to plan for any decor aside from flowers because the stables, reception barn, and dining cellar are already stunning... I could go on and on for days about every part of this venue and their team being PERFECT. There is so much love put into this wedding venue because it is a family business and even in our search before choosing them this really set them apart; they REALLY CARE. Would recommend a million times over and if I could do this all over again I would 10000000 percent choose HayLoft every time.

I'm the MOB for a wedding that was just held at the Hayloft in October of 2023. My daughter and son-in-law are service members stationed on the West Coast and I am local. The Hayloft was very accommodating in every way they could be to help us plan with the two most important people being so far away. We had a boutique wedding and it was perfect. They understood my daughter's vision and did a great job pulling it all together for us. Complete pros. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend! Jeni and all of her staff were wonderful to work with:)

We had our wedding at Hayloft in the Grove on 7/15/23. When I say that you cannot go wrong with this team, I really mean it. From the day we signed our contract with them, it felt like they were right there with us with all the planning. Special thank you to Meaghan and Jeni!! They are both the sweetest and most attentive gals. They both have such a great eye for design. The whole team made the day run so smoothly. I truly have no idea if I even had any hiccups during the whole day because if there were any hiccups, they took care of it all without question.
I would definitely rent the golf cart if you can. It was not that much money and made it much easier for our older family members. The grounds are so beautiful but it can be tough to get around if you have mobility issues.
Definitely get on that hayride if you can, an absolute BLAST!
If you can do it, I would 100 % rent the cottage on the property (on VRBO) for the whole weekend. The cottage is so sweet, but it made everything so much easier because we had it there as a home base. We had the grooms party stay there all weekend and the bridal party stayed at an airbnb about 15 min away. We had a small rehearsal dinner at the cottage on Friday which made it all so easy, and there is the beautiful flower mural to take pics at during rehearsal.

We recently were married at the Hayloft In the Grove & we cannot recommend it enough! Everything was perfect and it was all we dreamed of, plus more! What a wonderful location and the ground are absolutely breathtaking for photos.

Jeni, Meghan and the staff were so helpful throughout the whole process- from day one including all the wedding planning session to the wedding day. They truly made our dreams come to reality. They are very professional and so prompt with communication, even when we were not. They do a great job checking in with you and making sure the wedding planning process is running smoothly. Jeni always answered all our questions truthfully and made recommendations when we needed guidance. They even recommend very talented vendors!

You have the best of both worlds at Hayloft. You can choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Both are beautiful. The venue itself has so much history which makes it so unique.

We cannot wait to attend another wedding there! All of our expectations were met and then some.

Could not have been happier. You're getting some much more than just a beautiful venue. Jeni (owner) and her team are amazingly well organized and thorough. They patiently helped us through everything from the day of timeline, vendor recommendations, décor personalizations, planning, seating layouts, etc. Even multiple vendors commented on how much they like doing weddings at Hayloft, because they know everything is going to go smoothly.

The grounds are gorgeous all year long. From our initial visit to the many subsequent planning meetings to the day of, seemed like every flowerbed was in bloom. The barn and stables are cozy and inviting, along with the amazing outdoor space/patios/pergolas. Can't recommend them enough.

All our guests commented later about how great the venue was. Everything was perfect. We had looked at a few other venues, but they all felt more commercial, or intrusive/not private. You have the whole grounds and don't have to worry about random golfers going by, or noise from an adjacent banquet hall.

The Hayloft at The Grove was the perfect venue for my son and daughter in laws wedding this past August 2022. The staff was very accommodating and their expertise in the wedding industry made for the perfect day. Jeni and her staff were always available to answer any questions and were readily available the day of the wedding to make sure things ran smoothly.
I would highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting a rustic theme to their day. You also need to check out their “Pinterest” room, everything and anything is available for you to make your theme come true.

My wife and I had our wedding here a little less than two weeks ago and we are still in absolute awe of our entire experience with Hayloft. From the beginning of our engagement in 2020 until the day itself, Jeni and her team made planning our day so simple and made us feel so comfortable. We would come into a planning meeting with a million questions and they would all be answered before we even had the chance to ask them!

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have the perfect weather for our day so that all of the features could be utilized (horseshoes, cornhole, etc.), but even if we had bad weather I think we would have enjoyed our time just as much. The barn is so spacious that dinner and dancing never felt cramped, and the whole team kept everything gorgeous throughout the night. All options for vendors that Jeni provides (florists, caterers, etc.) are trusted companies that Hayloft has worked with in the past, and it makes such a big difference in how smooth the day runs.

We already miss Jeni, Alyssa & the whole Hayloft team SO much and could not be more thankful for helping us create the perfect day! We also recommend renting the cottage for the nights before and after the wedding. The minimal travel made everything so much easier. We started our marriage on the most amazing note, and we can't wait to come back and visit!

This venue was absolutely wonderful, my daughter's wedding day was beautiful. When there were a few " oh no what do we do moments" the staff was quick to step in and help with our needs. All of our guest have repeated several times to me what a fantastic time they had at my daughter's wedding. The grounds were absolutely beautiful which helped to make the wedding day breath taking. Go meet the staff and you will have a wonderful experience.

This venue was so beautiful in its own way we barley had to decorate due to its own rustic settings. The owner Jeni was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she own the venue but she acted as a wedding planner as well and had any and everything covered. She created a time sheet for the big day to make sure everything and everyone stayed on track.
