Good flight for the price, has free entertainment you can use on your smartphone, great for a honeymoon

We always fly Hawaiian when we go to Hawaii and they actually had a special for destination weddings! If you signed up to say you were getting married in Hawaii, they offered 10% off flights for those attending your wedding! You just have to list the people invited to your wedding!

As a flight attendant for a competitor, I had never flown this airline before. We were absolutely blown away by the excellent service!! Instead of standby on our own carrier, we bought peace of mind for our destination wedding. I love this airline so much that we would rather continue purchasing tickets, using them every time we fly to Hawaii from here on out, instead of fly free!Everyone there was so kind and gracious. The service, in coach, was better than some first class services! It really added to the overall amazing week we had getting married.

This airline was the most FRIENDLY airline I have ever flown with! Great way to start off the honeymoon :) and also to mention there prices are amazing!

Hawaiian Airlines were so great, they made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. When we go back to hawaii we will travel with them again.

I booked our honeymoon via Hawaiian Airlines package deal (hotel and airfare). Hawaiian Airlines was great to fly with but I requested specific seats and did not get them. I contacted the airline upon my return home and explained to them how important this was. They ended up giving us a credit of $100 towards another trip.

They broke my husbands luggage. The bag was made by Quiksilver a few years ago so of course they don't carry that specific model anymore. The air line made us file a claim and said to go buy a new suitcase and they would reimburse us. We found a new suit case in HI and had a check waiting at our house.

we negotiated a discount on airfare to our hawaiian wedding for all our guests to get 5% off their flights. was hoping for 10% but oh well

The trip from Sydney Australia to Hawaii, 11 hours, felt like I was flying on a domestic flight. The prices weren't any cheaper than those provided by Qantas, so I don't know why anyone would choose Hawaiian Air. If you're travelling from Aus, go with Qantas.

I want to like Hawaiian Airlines. They have no free entertainment on a 6+ hour flight, and some older planes, but I still want to like them. They have lovely flight attendants, laid-back gate agents, did not lose our luggage, have an inflight meal, relatively cheap prices for tickets to Hawaii, and a really yummy snack pack. As long as absolutely nothing goes wrong, and you don't ever need any help, it's a great airline.

The problem is when things go wrong, they go REALLY wrong, and Hawaiian Airlines customer service will not work with you to try and fix anything. They WILL charge you fees. For everything. Seriously, be prepared to pay $600 to change one leg of a $300 roundtrip ticket to a different day, and then be told they'll "discount" it down so you only have to pay an additional $400 after you point out that you could just buy a new round trip ticket for less than what they're proposing to charge you in change fees/fare differences. Or, if God forbid, one of your guests misses a flight and has to get somewhere, don't expect anyone to rush to do anything like get them on another flight.

I absolutely would not recommend this airline or the Wedding Wings program to folks coordinating destination weddings, particularly if you're coordinating multiple flights yourself. Things come up, and trust me, you don't need the added stress of dealing with HA customer service.

The wedding wings program is an absolute waste. The codes couldn't even be used by half of my guests and the guests that did use the codes weren't counted towards our credit of 25 round trips for a free first class upgrade. We had our families pay extra for tickets when they could have flown another airline cheaper, and we made a big mistake. My own mother couldn't even get her 5% discount with the code. When we tried to talk to Hawaiian Airlines people about our issues they were of no help. Save money and fly another airline to your Hawaiian wedding.
