We booked with this vendor because we didn't want to plan one more thing after planning our dream wedding. While Aloha Hawaiian Vacations provided this service for us, the value was not equivalent to what we paid. Aloha has very limited vendors that they work with and, as we found out the hard way, doesn't actually have control over a lot of the details of your trip. We ended up getting booked for a two-twin cottage instead of a king bed, to which we were later told, "We give them your preference and the hotel considers that while booking you but they aren't required to give you the reservation that you requested." Luckily the hotel switched us to a king bed once we checked in but there was nothing sweet about that "suite". The paint was peeling off of the ceiling, there were brown streaks in the white paint on the bathroom door, and the room as a whole did not meet the standards of excellence that the rest of the resort seemed to uphold. After we complained about all of the unmet expectations, Aloha did make a call to the hotel for us and get us switched to a king bed in the tower. It was much nicer aside from some mold in the bathroom. I gave them decent marks for professionalism and responsiveness for getting our room changed. Don't be fooled by the, "romance in paradise" package, as we received cheap plastic rose petals that seemed to be from the dollar store, paired with an inexpensive bottle of champagne and no champagne glasses. I don't quite agree that me picking up little pieces of garbage that some stranger spread about my room was the $150 value that was advertised, and the plastic bits definitely didn't exude the fragrance of amore. They were unable to provide any sort of compensation for the myriad shortcomings that we had experienced. It's difficult for them to make amends when they have limited vendors for food and activities on the island. Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received but I enjoyed Maui very much. Wont use the company againSent on 10/04/2016
