Couples can exchange their vows against a scenic backdrop of the flowing river while guests drink in the natural surroundings. A 24-foot starry tent is provided by the venue for a covered reception that still connects guests to the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The expansive, meticulously manicured lawn that surrounds the property offers an ideal space for a sprawling cocktail hour, with a selection of lawn games available to entertain your guests.

Harbor View Landing features a plethora of luxurious accommodations that can be included in your wedding rental package. The four cottages and two captains homes provide ample accommodations for up to 42 guests to sleep. Accommodations range from the delightful Cove studio cottage right up to The Bluffs captains house, originally built in 1895, that can host up to 12 guests. The various locations on this property are brimming with New England charm that guests are sure to fall in love with.

Included in the rental is the use of the entire property, including accommodations, for three nights. Rental includes use of the 500-foot waterfront space, lawn areas, and dock, along with a wedding tent for your reception. 40 parking spaces are provided on-site for ease of access for your guests. Outside vendors are welcome at Harbor View Landing to enhance your day, and the venue requires couples to supply their own event planner to facilitate a flawless experience for you and your guests. The cottage suites on site come with a plethora of luxurious amenities which include high-speed internet access, smart locks, Bluetooth speakers, and 400 thread count bed linens.
